Hope you have a great weekend and stay warm! We are gonna watch the super bowl but we are not big football fans - soccer and hockey in our house. And I am gonna clean out all of my towels, linen and that kinda stuff - pretty exciting weekend - right??? We will probably go out to dinner too.

Sounds like a good weekend to me. I am helping my daughter with a movie project she is doing while my husband and son watch the game. I am not a huge football fan either, but I do enjoy the nachos and commercials. I may even work in some scrapping time.
Quick question...what are your favorite types of movies or books? What is your favorite thing to scrap...cards, photo pages, other? Do you have a certain theme that you like to scrap or need items for...birthdays, holidays, babies, wedding, vacations, etc?

I'm super excited to do some shopping for you! It is so helpful that you have a wish list. I have been out of the scrapping loop for awhile and hoping to use this swap to get some fun new items to help me get back in the groove!
What types of things do you scrapbook? I'm also intrigued by what you listed for things you collect. I do not know much about antiques, but I do have a few fun things I have bought based on how they look or fit in with the rest of the stuff I have. We used to have a great little store within walking distance but sadly it closed when the big box stores started coming to town 5 or so years ago.

Lol, hello SS4Meleah, do you have a question or two?...jk...Let me see if I can answer a few....
I'm really not picky, and would be happy with anything. I don't have a wish list on 2peas, but I can do one up real quick and get back with you. Purple Rocks! I do like clear stamps more than wood stamps because you can see more and control them better (weird, i know). Any kind of clear stamp is good. I LOVE Tim Holtz, never heard of hero arts. I do make some cards but more into scrapbook layouts. I don't really have a specific style. I have three kids, so a lot of what I do has to do with them, but I do like vintage looking stuff too. I also do a lot of heritage stuff, old black and white/sepia photos. Don't really have a favorite scrapper and not sure who garden girls are. I am just getting out of selling Creative Memories, so a lot of my stuff is from them, but I also buy a lot from Scrapbooking For Less. I also like Two Peas, Michaels and Hobby Lobby. I really like Tim Holtz, October Afternoon and Echo Park.
I think I touched on every question, hopefully I cleared things up a little, lol.... Let me know if you have any more.

Hi ForJodi!! You are so good to not do the one for you one for me thing!! That is so hard to do.
I'm not a big sports fan but my hubby is. He was rooting for the 49ers too. Bummer they didn't win, but it was a great game to watch. I missed most of the commercials though, and that's the part I love the most.

Dear Country Bunny - I had to paste your quote so I would remember the questions - I have just the worst memory ...
What kinda movie project was your daughter doing - we live here in Los Angeles and hubby works for Sony Pictures.
I love to read - murder mysteries and bestsellers and books set in England or Scotland - not so much the historical fiction though.
I mostly make regular 12 x 12 pages of the family - one or two for each year. Working on 2008 right now. This year we will be celebrating a high school graduation for our youngest son so I will have to get to work on a "your life ... so far" book as I did one for his older brother and I would really like to do one for him. I also do quite a few smaller format books. No babies or weddings in the immediate family yet -

My daughter had to do a movie of a greek myth made in modern times. Trust me, it is no award winner, but we had a good time. Thanks for answering my questions. I thought it would help with my shopping this weekend. I just finished my valentine's secret sis shopping, so I need a new reason to shop!

I love collecting antiques like candy dishes old photos and kitchen items
what do i scrapbook all my family stuff and our little fur babies anything we do on a daily basis.
I have on dd and one ds and they play instruments and take dance love to do anything fun
I love bright colored pp... stripes, checks and small gometric back ground pp also verigated color pp kinda spongy messy looking old styke basic grey love that grunge look for boys pp.. |

At my dentist appt. which is a few blocks over from the tragedy that happened here in Riverside & So Cal....will be unavailable for several hours due to the media and police detail where I am. I know some are trying to reach me but it will be early afternoon when I will be out of the area and the check-points are beyond anything I have ever personally seen before. |

ItisaSecret I do once and awhile stamp on my layouts but mainly I save my stamping for cards. It has been cold, icey, snowy - just plain Winter here! Did some scrapping Friday night over on SCS virtual Stamp nite,mint was fun. |
