|Posted: 1/10/2013 12:10:31 AM|I am looking for someone to tell me if I get into this kit club, Am I going to think 35.00 to 65.00 is to much for a month?
I have seen some of their finished projects at CKU and I like them,
But as a kit getter, is it enough stuff each month< and are you ever NOT Satisfied when you get it? HELP!

You made me curious so I just went and looked at it. Does it just make one mini-album per kit? If so, that seems a lot. Maybe because I rarely do mini-albums.
Why, YES!, I am a princess.

I don't subscribe but I have bought her kits before. The amount of material you get in the kit is incredible and there are tons left over that you can use on other projects.

I do subscribe, actually I think my sub is expiring about now. It is an amazing amount of product, and more than enough to cover the project of the month (a mini-album.) They are high quality and very well done. There are some leftovers, but only for scraps, never a whole sheet or anything. The cost is high, but I like having a go-to 'kit' that I can put together a gift for someone fairly quickly, or scrap a small trip/special occasion that deserves a little more than a page in my annual book.

The prices are similar and you always get exclusive Justrite Stamps and Custom Spellbinders Dies along with tons of other goodies. If the kit you are looking at is like the kit I get, The Amazing Paper Graces Kit, then I am sure you will get plenty of goodies.

|Posted: 1/10/2013 10:03:40 AM|I am not a subscriber, but I've purchased several of the Button Farm kits on an independent basis. I love all of their kits -- they are generous with both supplies and directions. Only once was I disappointed -- but my disappointment was not as to the kit, but that it wouldn't fit my purpose. The Button Farm was incredibly easy to work with as to the return and full refund of my purchase price.
Companies who support their customer base in a reasonable fashion will always be a "go to" purchase for me -- and The Button Farm is one of those companies!

I was a member for 6 months and enjoyed the kits very much. Expensive but a great value for your money, and their customer service is excellent. A lot of embellishments "left over," but not a lot of paper for other projects.
The mini books work very well as gifts, they are super fun and easy to put together, and you can change things up to suit yourself instead of following the (very complete and very easy) instructions.
However I did not "love" the style of every single kit, so a subscription did not work well for me. I'd rather purchase individual kits as they become available.

Like others, I'm not a subscriber but have purchased kits at GASC and from the website. The product is great and so are the directions. Angela is super-nice too!

I subscribe to The Button Farm Kit Club and their related Amazing Grace Kit Club (which includes an exclusive Just Rite stamp set and a Spellbinders die cut set).
They are expensive and I really don't have the extra money - but I have a lot of trouble getting my craft mojo on. I love the kits (even though they are expensive) because of the following reasons:
1. I LOVE that they have step by step instructions
2. Their customer service (should you ever need it) is great
3. Every 6 kits you pay for (I even got this for previous kits before subscribing - you get a mini kit
4. For the Button Farm Club, its usually super cute mini albums - its also included a box to organize ATC sized cards, a card/gift bag kit, etc.
5. For the Amazing Grace club - the items vary - there is usually a few cards, then another altered project such as a shadow box (calendar for example), a box with decorated clothespins
6. Shipping has pretty much always been on time - if its not (say they don't get some items in) - they will give you a discount on a kit, or if you ask, on your account for the next month
7. Over a 12 month subscription - you can look at previews on Facebook - if you don't like it, you can skip up to two months and it just extends your subscription
There are other reasons - but if you want a kit with instructions - but plenty of extras and you have to do all the work yourself (not like Basic Grey card kits where everything is cut for you) - then these two kits are for you!
Please let me know if you have any other questions!

...and in case I didn't mention, it has ALWAYS been worth the money - high quality albums, papers, embellishments, etc...plus you can always re-use the instructions on another project.

I am actually working on one of their kits right now, and you really do get so much product with each kit, and the instructions are great. I have used them as gifts for family and friends and they are really gorgeous. You can always try just one month and see if you like it. Check out their site you can even see past kits, and see if there is anything you like. That is how I decided to join.

I don't subscribe to their kit club but I have purchased individual kits and I love them! 1st - awesome cs! Items usually shop the day you order them - priority! Often with free shipping! Also their kits are extremely well put together - more than enough items to complete a kit (usually a few extras do you can change it a bit) and always very clear instruction packet with color pictures. I have always been happy with the cs and kits I have bought.
