I was just wondering (since I'm a newbie), what changes were made to the site since I see many people saying they don't like this new one. I have only known this site. |

Curious to see if this new program's gonna work like they hope it will.
Taking away discounts people earned by spending big money here, sneaking and changing that without publicly announcing it, so unprofessional.
Telling customers they're only worthy of "special sales and promotions" once they've spent $1,500 (and maintains that) is NOT an incentive to shop here. I spent $1,080 here in 2012 and I'm not a good enough customer for a promo? I, too, get the hint; I'll take my money elsewhere since it isn't so important here.
IMO there's a REASON 2Peas made this "loyalty" program so unattainable--because they DON'T WANT people to attain it! I'm guessing they're hoping less sales at regular price is going to earn them more than more sales at a discounted price. Good luck--it won't happen with my money.

I cannot believe it! I have to spend make it to the 15,000 point level (in a year)before I can be eligible to know of special sales and promotions!!! Does that mean I won't get notice of and allowed to participate in the 25% off sales, etc???? |

This new Customer Loyalty Program using a point system is confusing and equates to a non-discount program for loyal customers. Please get rid of it and just have regular sales on your products for your loyal customers. | |

I am among those who simply don't have the time to be accumulating point with participation. I don't understand why 2Peas thinks this will make essentially eliminating the discount program an easier pill to swallow. It seems to me that I would have to be "participating"(as well as buying) on a daily basis to even make it to the 5% discount.
I for one...have emptied my cart...and will be shopping elsewhere. | |

The value of what Two Peas provides for free every single day is so much more than any program for 10 or 15% could ever equal. I have been a member for 10 years and every time I get on line, Two Peas is in the first two or three sites I visit. It would break my heart to see this company fail as most of the scrapbooking stores have done. I am not a huge shopper but I don't shop anywhere else on line - I will pay the price for what I can not get anywhere else. Thank you Two Peas for all that you do! | |

Another android user here. And I have never gotten to the discount level,but I DO shop all of the 2peas sales (as well as "regular" priced stuff), which had me a lot closer to that discount...
but now I am a bit confused...
What exactly does "advanced sale notification" mean??? Does that mean that all the "loyal" members will get to shop before the rest of us?? To me that means things will sellout before I even get notice of the sale?? Or am I not understanding that correctly??  |

I think it means they will know about sales before they happen or are announced to the public. that way they can hold off placing an order right before a sale only to find out they could have waited an extra day or two for sle prices. | |
