can someone explain
i have seen them cascade and that looks like but 2 of the SAME EXact photo i dont quite get
i have seen similar pix where the person turned or made a diff face gesture but just was wondering

I think I remember Glitter Girl or Shimelle doing this with some school photos in a video... can't remember which one though

It's just a design effect. Repetition is a basic element in all types of design and draws your eye to the photos. It also adds more texture and layers. And oftentimes it just looks better than one single photo on a huge 12x12 page. I tend to use it when it's a self-shot and a more artsy page.

I haven't done the exact same photo, but I've included the same one printed in color as well as black and white. I just liked the effect, and I wanted to use more space than just one of the photos would occupy.
