So first there was Sn@p! by Simple Stories and now OA (I think? Gaah---the new releases are running together already! Must.start.a.list) is jumping on board with this size. Is this the new "it" size for mini albums like December Daily, Week in the Life, themed albums for trips, baby gifts, etc?

Personally, I made a wedding and a shower gift last year in that size and I really like it a lot. Glad to see that there are now more options hitting the market for it.

I like it too! Ali did this size last year I believe (2011) for DD as well. I always liked 9x9 but that size didn't catch on much, but I always thought 6x6 was too small. I really enjoy using a 12x12, able to have scraps left for cohesiveness in other pages, and it fits a 5x7 perfectly with a small border.

I know I'm sold on this size as a theme album option, although I don't foresee it taking the place of my 12x12 albums and larger layouts.

I like it, too. I think it works really well with both 4x6 and 5x7 photos.

I like it a lot. I'd really love a 7x9 binder too. I think it takes the pressure off of filling a large space and lets me scrap a little bit faster.

I love 6x8 and I'm so glad there are albums for that size. I was using the Avery 5.5x8.5 binders before. Can't wait to see more in this size!

I do 8x8 albums because I could never figure out how to put a 4x6 horizontally on a 6x8 sheet... How to decorate around the photo when the photo goes right to the edge of the page, but I'm feeling like I need to jump on this bandwagon

I used it for my December Daily this year and really liked it.
I don't think I'd exclusively scrap that size but I can see myself using it often.

I'm happy to see more in this size. I love that it's big enough to do pockets (and still be able to see the contents) but not so big that it's overwhelming for a mini project.

I like smaller albums too, they are much much easier to look through, which is the point, right? I wish 9x9 had caught on more; I think that size is ideal. you can still use 4x6 photos easily, but the albums aren't so freaking gigantic.

I really like 6x8. I never got on with 8x8, but like 6x6, but found it a little limiting and only really used it for short projects, which is what I have now used 6x8 for. I guess 6x8 is my new 6x6. I would certainly not use anything but 12x12 for my main scrapping.

I have not tried it yet but am really looking forward to doing so. I like the idea of that size. As some of you already mentioned, I find the 6 X 6 too small. I saw some lovely examples this year of the 6 X 8 in many December dailies

I love 6x8! Since I hardly ever scrap full 12x12 that size is perfect for me and I'm so glad that all the company's are making it to where you can of a PL type album in a 6x8 size! I'm really looking forward to the new OA goodies and SS loving those leather albums

I think that 6x8 should be the new 6x6.

I have a 6x8 SS album I'm using for PL and I love it. I scrap 8x8 normally, so the size was not an issue for me. I find the 12x12 sizes a little intimidating.
