I guess some are trying though.

|Posted: 1/15/2013 5:43:51 PM|Have never bought any Copics, Thickers, feathers, Washi
Never subscribed to any monthly kits
Don't have any MME, OA, Dear Lizzy, Project Life and several other name brands I've only heard about on the messageboards!
Now looking over this list I'm amazed since I love to shop for scrappy stuff. How did I develop the resistance?

What is this flair you speak of?
Anything introduced in last 6 months
|Posted: 1/15/2013 6:58:05 PM|No owls, chandeliers, feathers
No washi, mists, flocking
No PL, kits, guilt-inducing anything
No idea who manufactured what in my stash, or when for that matter.
No full price anything!
I wait until good stuff goes on sale, even if it's "out of style" by then. My kids will never know what year I finally put together their toddler pages.

I have never joined a kit club, haven't jumped on the cameo/Project life/December Daily/ One Little word bandwagon, have never purchased anything from October Afternoon, Graphic 45 or Webster's pages, and I have never purchased copics, feathers, or enamel dots yet. I may be interested in the enamel dots at some point lol

I have no mists!
|Posted: 1/16/2013 8:01:55 PM|
I don't have any mists, wood veneers, vellum, feathers and too, TOO many other things to mention!
|Posted: 1/16/2013 9:19:02 PM|
Oh man! Thickers are my favorite! But I love layouts without them too! I've never gotten into copic markers and a lot of stamping. I mainly have stamps that come in the SC kits and that's it

Image stamps, Lawn Fawn, Gorjous Girl, Paper Smooches, etc
It surprises me how many people have never used Thickers! I am an addict for sure about those! But I have bought 90% at half price or less so that helps, right???
What are you looking at?
|Posted: 1/17/2013 12:19:54 PM|
Copics (they're just not my thing) or die-cutting machines (looking into getting one down the road).
|Posted: 1/17/2013 12:24:01 PM|Copics, ATG Gun...although I'd like one I'm too cheap! I juuuust got on the washi wagon. Never bought mists. I had Gold Lame' in my bucket but it was gone by the time I checked out - boo. So I'm not a mister either

As I've been reading this I've been trying to think of something - I've never bought any Webster's, but I plan on changing that. I've never purchased any G45 - actually now that I think about it, I've never purchased any Jillbean. How did THAT happen?

|Posted: 1/17/2013 1:34:35 PM|I'm kinda laughing at the people revelling in the the stuff they've never bought. As an artist, and just as a person, I like to try new things so I can learn and grow all the time. I may not like everything I try, or continue to use it in my daily crafting, but at least I've reached out and tried something different. I've tried pretty much everything people are listing, it looks like. But I don't use everything still. Most of those things I've been sent, or were included in a card kit I wanted, something like that.
The only things I haven't tried yet would be:
PL Kit (I've used whatever paper I already have)
Cameo (I have a Cricut and SCAL)
I doubt I'll ever buy a PL kit, but I'd be open to trying a pack of flair, or some feathers. The examples looked liked they'd go well with a 1920s Flapper style layout or card. And flair... I guess that could go with anything. Certainly wouldn't hurt to try it out.

I have never purchased:
No Silhouette (although I want one)
No flair buttons or big 3D elements
Studio Calico Project Life will be my 1st kit club, scrapbook kit clubs just aren't my thing, I know I would waste them.

|Posted: 1/17/2013 2:30:26 PM|Graphic 45. Anything with a sharp end like hat pins. (I'm clumsy I don't like blood on my pages. ). PL. Chandeliers and bird cages. iRock. Corner Chomper. Cropodile. That cutter you put on your finger (did I mention that I'm clumsy?) Zutter or other binding systems.
Small list compared to the list of things that I have bought and went "What was I thnking?!"
