Place your vote for which shape you think we will see more of in 2013, I think these are the new replacements for the 2012 hexagon and doilee.
Good to see a more masculine side emerging, well giving a peek at least.
I vote: arrow head

I have a thing for arrows, both whole and just the heads.
|Posted: 1/14/2013 12:48:24 AM|
I hope arrow heads.
I take the speech bubbles literally and can't get pass the idea of using it like an actual speech bubble ( bubble pointed towards face with text).
Arrows on the other hand can be use anywhere with any theme for me. Seems funny to me how my brain works some times.

I like arrows but I still like hexagons to but I have yet to use them on my pages.
|Posted: 1/14/2013 12:51:49 AM|Arrows, because they are similar to triangles and I think the triangles are the new shape.

I pick arrows or arrow heads, much more useable, for my anyway. I think the speech bubbles are an oldie coming back in. I'm not crazy about them.
|Posted: 1/14/2013 1:07:03 AM|
Isbaha I think you are correct and triangles are a new and up coming shape but I think the other two are a bit more dominate because they are incorporated in alot of the papers not just the embellies.

Bubbles are cute for journalling a few extra words but I agree that they are asking to be used literally and are therefore less versatile. So my vote would be arrows. I quite like arrows

I prefer arrows. In my opinion you'd only use speech bubbles every now and then, so no need for a million of them.

Arrows, and other pointy things like those geotags... Think they have a longer staying power and that speech bubbles are more of a hot trend...

Arrows. The speech bubbles are cute, but don't really go with a lot of layouts I go for.

Triangles... in fact I would love a triangle punch. I am not so fond of speech bubbles, but arrows I can live with.

I'm preferring the arrows at the moment, although I did see a really lovely layout with the new speech bubble mask! I find arrows easier to incorporate into my layouts.

Love arrows, but they have been around a while. Not sure about just the heads. I like speech bubbles but wouldn't and don't use them very often. I feel they take a certain whimsical style for me to use, but have seen others rock them on non-whimsy pages.
