Thank you, Peas, for consoling me about my cat Gabby who was euthanized. You really helped. Just wanted to share that my dog Daisy was just euthanized tonight. Unexpectedly. Two animals euthanized in one day. Whew. I know that your support earlier about my cat Gabby being euthanized early help me get through today.
You all rock. |

Seems so unfair, doesn't it? I lost 2 dogs four months apart. It was so hard to deal with for the longest time. So sorry for your loss. (((HUGS))) and prayers being sent for your beloved pets. | |

Oh, that is so sad. I'm really,really sorry for you. I lost my cat at the age of 22 (his age, not mine). For a long time it made me so sad, but now I love to talk about him and laugh again at all his antics. I hope at some point all the happy times with your pets will outweigh the saddness. | |

Im so sorry.
We went through this 2 weeks ago. Our cat had end stage renal failure and even after consulting a feline specialist nothing was to be done for him.
Its been horrible. We still have his brother though but it still hurts. My cats are like my other children.
I cant make it better for you but I do know what youre going through.  |

I read your your followup post on the other thread. Sounds like it may have been a stroke. I am so very sorry. How terrible to have to endure both deaths at the same time.

I am so sorry for your loss, pets are indeed members of our family. Having gone through this in June, I can only say I hope you allow yourself to grieve. For me, I took solace in writing down memories as they came to me, as well as writing how much I missed my Saydee, as I will be making a tribute album for her. | |
