I just started using it and whenever I print, the pictures are always somehow cut-off on all sides. It's really frustrating. i think it has something to do with the "borderless" printing? IDK... any suggestions/tips regarding setting will help! TIA

Are they looking like that in the preview? I've HAD to print some photos with a boarder. You can try to resize them.

Try Print Settings, Expansion, and see if you can take it down from Max. That will bring in the edges of where the photo prints.

I have an Epson Picturemate "Dash".
I finally figured out that I need to print "digital" nothing gets cut off and what I see on my screen is exactly what prints. If I size it 4x6 or wallet, whatever, it clips edges off - which is a pain in the neck when you lose the top of someone's head. Grrrrr
I just recently realized that there is a difference with digital images.

I have this problem too! I'm on a Mac and have tried adjusting the expansion setting - doesn't seem to help. I'm frustrated too because I otherwise LOVE this printer!

When you select print on your computer then are able to select the printer & paper choices, there's a button on the bottom right that says something like "fit to frame". Make sure that check box is NOT selected! I was having the same problem & it was because that check box defaults to yes. HTH

I have a Mac and when I print to my Dash (similar to the Charm) I have to go into Print Settings in the Print dialog box and change the Expansion setting from Maximum to Minimum.
On a PC, I'm not sure how to change that setting. Let me see what I can find. . .

I found the same setting in Windows print settings.
You have to go into Options on the Print Pictures page and select Printer Properties. In there is the Expansion slider, change that to Minimum and then click on OK and that should work for you.
Here are the instructions I found in the owner's manual:
