You could use stamps and paint. If you have a daughter stamp things like butterflies, flowers, hearts, etc. If you have a son do footballs, pennies, postage stamps etc. Also for girls you could make tiny bows out of ribbon and glue them on. Have Fun and Good Luck!

Does the school have some sort of logo? My kids' school was the Stars and for my ds we bought one of those foam hands and he glued 100 stars on it.

DD glued 100 pennies to a poster board in the shape of a star.

Use 100 of your leftover letter stickers that you aren't likely to use for anything else!

You could get 100 autographs from family and friends.
That way it wouldn't be anything to bulky or uncomfortable but it still would be fun!

Pennies, hot glue gun, but space 'em out on the t-shirt so they don't pull it down too much in any one place

Or buttons, hot glue gun, repeat above...

Or fruit loops, repeat above (but they won't weigh down the shirt, so any grouping would work)

Or Macaroni, repeat above...

My kids never had to have their 110 on a shirt but I think they had to bring a 100 pennies in. Not sure of a great option for a t-shirt. Sequins would work, if you have time.
