Friends are more Special Than Toys Prompts 4 & 5 (Glitter Girl)
When? Prompts 2 (I used 1/2 of the sketch) and 3
The Catch Prompts 1 (covered a chipboard rectangle), 3 (used twine) and 5 (Glitter Girl)
When I Grow Up Prompts 2 (I used the other 1/2 of the sketch) and 1 (inked the chipboard)
A Really BAD Day Prompts 1, 5 (Glitter Girl and 213 in 2013)

Here are my 2 - the first is altered chipboard. The letters were originally purple but I painted them, added crackle medium with cream top coat..then inked them.
This is the "use ribbon" challenge - I used green ribbon the 2nd page of my 2 page LO, tied in a bow.

This photo is of my children's disabled Aunt who goes on vacation with us every summer...I turned around with the camera and it looked like she was playing peekaboo with the weeds. It is had to get a good picture of her because when she know I am taking her photo she smiles for me but she opens her mouth super wide and it really distorts her face...so I usually try to catch her smiling naturally and take photo's with the zoom. Everyone in our family loves this photo including Ranae.
Sharmon - I have a daughter that is autistic and I often joke that it's like photographing wildlife. If she knows I'm taking her picture she'll either give a really horrible fake smile or she cover her face and say "nooo." Congrats on getting such a fab picture. | |

Amazing Los! Your inking is beautiful. Love your embellishments and the photos on the second one are precious! (I love the action shots in the first one as well!). Have you watched Glitter Girls video? I think your First lo would qualify for her challenge as well and you would get more prompts here |

I think I am all caught up! (Its amazing what you can do with a little insomnia!) I really enjoyed looking at everyone's work! I think what struck me the most this week was the emphasis on journaling. I know that isn't important to everyone, but those who were inspired by Glitter Girl this week really stepped it up and seeing what you did will push me even further!! Thanks!!!
Can't wait to see what you have in Store for us this week! I even have a crop on Friday night  |
