From a place called the Moody Bee.

Sadly it is a bee farm in CANADA and no one here in the US carries it. I am sad.

I have a zillion different lip balms rt now and they are ok but man I miss that one. I used it all up and then I scraped out the container!

I really like Dr. Bronner's plain one. I found it at Target for a while, but I can't find it any more.

I also like Kiehl's and Blistex Simple.

We have often asserted and we affirm it yet again that no fact in history is better attested than the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead. It must not be denied by any who are willing to pay the slightest respect to the testimony of their fellow men. That Jesus, who died upon the cross, and was buried in the tomb of Joseph of Arimathea, did literally rise again from the dead. (excerpted from Dance Your Shoes Off, Second Baptist Church)

My #1 was Chapstick Naturals, but I can't find it anymore. My #2 is Burt's Bees. I'm allergic to a lot of lip balms because they have gluten in them.

You must look at this website! It's so funny.
Lip Balm Anonymous

My crack of choice is Burt's Bees and I love L'occitane but I can not justify spending $10 on a tube of lip balm! I have one tube that I got as part of a gift set, it's awesome.

I just bought my first tube of Portland Bee Balm a few weeks ago and it is the best lip balm I've ever used, by far. LOVE IT. And love it more that it's made by a local small business from local products.

rosebud salve!!! It's pretty much scented Vaseline and IMO nothing beats Vaseline. I also have a gazillion tubes of Aquaphor thanks to a friend who gave me a bag of their samples. It's like Vaseline but smoother and more soothing.

I'm a Burt's Bees girl, but I'll use anything in a pinch.

Vaseline is too greasy for me - I don't feel like it sinks in enough, but just sits there on top of my lips.

A few years ago, my family and I were driving to a graduation party and I realized I had no lip balm. That's when, of course, you all of a sudden realize you need it and can think of nothing else but how awful your lips feel.

We were in a strange city and there were no grocery stores/CVS/Walgreens around. The only place we could find was a bodega. I ran in and there were no lip balms anywhere. Nothing at all. All they had was off brand Vaseline. Let me say, when you're addicted to lip balm, you'll use anything. I was that desperate, lol.

I once was told that our lips produce a natural emollient, and using products tricks us into making less natural emollient. If you roll your lips into each other without product, you can feel this natural stuff. I have tried it, and I think it is true. I suppose a Google search would reveal more, but it's too close to bedtime for me.

By Terry - Baume de Rose.

On a whim I asked a friend to bring it back from Paris because I'd read so much about it. I thought it would be a one off luxury/impulse purchase.
I am one of those lip balm collectors, I buy tubes of it (cheap and expensive) and always ready to try a new one because I hate the feeling of dry lips.
Baume de Rose is by far the best balm I have ever used. It goes on soft and smooth, not greasy or sticky, gives a slight rosy sheen and is very moisturizing.
The first jar lasted 10 months and I am on my second one now.

Maui Amenities macadamia and kukui oil lip balm. I get it for free from my dentist, it is the most incredible lip balm I have ever used.

I use Aquaphor at night in the winter while my lips are chapped.

I had a tube of Burt's Bees that worked well, but I didn't like the mint flavor. Do they have it unflavored, too?

Doesn't matter anymore because DD used it and she was sick, so I made her keep it. (Yes, I know, we're disgusting.)

Now I've been using Lavera Lips. Really like it. Will probably stick with that.

Carmex is the only one we use in this house. Unless my aunt is here then it all gets put up. Lord we have at least 100 laying around. She is allergic to something in it.

I have quite a few learing disabilitys that effect my spelling a grammer. I do know my grammer and spelling suck. I have been working on this problem all my adult life.

My favorite balm is made by Aquafina. They also make a tube of Hydrating Lip Oil that I love, but I can't find anymore. I'm using it sparingly, and only at night.

EOS: any flavor. I love them all
Maybelline Baby Lips

Bonne Bell Lipsmackers are the best BUT you must use the right flavors because some ingredients are drying (like mint) I like mango, fruit punch, any of the berries. I just bought myself one of those Princess party favor packs; they have shimmer!

My lid are really sensitive to fragrance or menthol or whatever they put in most of them. I really like the neutrogena lip balm but it is more expensive. The moosturizing Chapstick in the blue wrapper is great. it doesn't have a bad taste and no fragrance. Plus it has sunscreen. If the kids take it or I lose it it is inexpensive to replace.

Exactly. Essentially, Vaseline just stops more moisture escaping.

I alternate between Vaseline and Carmex myself
