I'm needing some help on compiling a playlist for my workout. I'm mostly walking and jogging. But I need upbeat and something that will keep me going, to push on. So what's on you workout list?

Thanks!

I used this website to help pick music for my walks.

walk.jog.fm

I found songs I'd never have thought of that were at just the right tempo.

I just downloaded Now That's What I Call a Workout from iTunes. It has techno/dance remixes of a lot of popular songs and it gets me moving.

If you use a music service like Spotify, you can do a search on playlists based on your interests. That really helped me build a good running playlist.

Rockmyrun.com used to have free running mixes, but now you have to pay for them. You can still get them free, but it takes a month to earn points? Anyway, I have quite a few of them on my ipod. I like them a lot!
