Poor thing! Sucks to be sick & not able to sleep! If you have to be up & can't take a sick day, I'd skip the NyQuil and take a nondrowsy cold medicine.

Too late for me to answer this time, but you can take Nyquil every 4 hours. Me? I would take a 1/2 dose.
