I am making baked macaroni and cheese and I put a layer of broccoli underneath the elbow macaroni to add a vegetable to it! |

I am making pizzas. I picked up some premade thin crust wheat crusts last night, one will have marinara and sausage and the other will have alfredo with some leftover roasted veggies I have in the fridge. |

I'm trying a new crock pot recipe tonight. It's ingredients are; chicken breasts, diced tomatoes and chilis, corn, black beans, cilantro, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and cumin. It smells really good! I'm going to serve it with tortillas and tortilla chips. |

It's just me for dinner tonight (the norm 5 out of 7 nights). I am having a large sweet potato with cinnamon and butter. While it was cooking, I snacked on a couple of Clementines. And if I feel snackish later, I'll warm up some leftover broccoli.

I just gave birth to twin boys. One thing I am blessed with is my neighborhood delivers dinners 2 times a week for the first month or so!
Tonight, I am smelling Lasagna baking in my oven, and will have Italian bread and wedding soup to serve with it! The meal looks amazing! |

I did an eye of round roast in the crockpot, it was so tender. Roasted potato wedges and steamed cauliflower as sides. |

Chicken with mushrooms in pesto cream sauce, rice, salad and brussel sprouts with balsamic glaze.
hmmm, I wish for strawberries, but at $7 per small basket, have to pass... eventually they might come down to $3 per basket. I'll buy some then. |
