I am so disappointed because my sizzix vagabond stop working. It has no power to it and it happened in the middle of using it. I called sizzix and they told me the couldn't do anything for me because I had it for over a year my warranty ended at a year. I only had it for 14 months. They did offer me another one for $150 with free shipping but I wasn't goi g to want that. Has anyone had a problem with it? | |

I'd sell your dies and get a cameo. Then, I'd send the vagabond to Tim. I'd encourage him to use the parts for his scrapping and mixed media art. |

Mine broke this weekend. I emailed Sizzix last night. Still waiting for a reply. I have used my about 8 times before it stopped working. I would hope their customer service would be better, considering the price we paid! | |

I paid $60 for a big shot and it's still going strong. I am leery of expensive electronic machines.

Ok so this is what my outcome is!! I emailed Tim Holtz about the machine, and he told me that he was only the designer and that he would call sizzix about it. He did ask me all kinds of questions! I finally got an email today from sizzix. Yay!! they are going to send me a new machine!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm so happy about that. I just hope that this one is a good one!! Try contacting the place where you bought it from maybe they can help you! I know how you feel it's horrible when things break especially when there not cheap! I purchased a bind it all back in October from HSN.com I left it in the box for about 32 days then decided to open it the first time I took it out of the box and went to go use it the back bar was broke and wouldn't work I was so upset especially considering I still haven't paid it off! So I called hsn and of course they wouldn't exchange it for me because it was past the 30 day return policy's, then I contacted WRMK and there gonna send me out a new one! Mind you I called them back in The beginning of November.. Still haven't received it, they told me it was on back order I'm hoping to get it sometime soon! |
