But I can proudly say that I have been converted to the club. I LOVE this tool. If you've been under a scrappy rock, or are skeptical (as I was), give it a try, I think you'll love it, too!

Ha! I've been busy scrapping and didn't see the other thread! lol

I keep thinking it would be nice to have one, BUT I detest the look of bare staples on my layouts. Unless I were doing a classroom or hardware layout, they just seem so unfinished to my eyes. Crazy I know.

But the thought of being able to adhere something so easily is so tempting. If I could some up with a list of fun yet creative ways to easily hide staples - I'd be SOLD in a heartbeat.

Isn't it funny how odd we can feel about some silly things.

I love my tiny attacher! I've been wanting to try it on wood veneer, seen it done a lot, but I'm so scared I'll break it.

I've had one for a good 9-10 months now, if not longer, and I've never even used it. I keep hearing how great it is, but so far there hasn't been anything on my layouts I've needed to staple down. Guess I could have saved the money on this tool. How are you all using it. I need some ideas, otherwise I think it'll end up sitting there another 10 months without use.

I keep thinking about getting one. It would be so nice to easily adhere ribbon and things. Like others, I'm not sure I like the look of staples. You ladies are beginning to sway me, though.

I resisted forever, didn't even want one. Periodically I'd see posts about it...and well....I caved (about 2mos ago). That little tool is the illest! I've been converted and actaully consider it in the top 10 must have tools!

What can I post about?

You can color the staples with a copic marker. Just in case someone was still on the edge.

So glad to know I am not alone. I have had mine for a year and used it once.

Maybe if I get in to doing some pages with more 'guy' stuff I will find a use for it. I tend to skip over those and do the flower/lace/pretties things

I've loved office supply type things since I was a little girl, so I have had my tiny attacher for a while now.

The tiny staple is much more like a little embellishment on a layout, than a big regular sized staple.

7 years to get here... So now what?

I've had my tiny attacher for quite some time now and I absolutely love it, but I've always liked the look of staples on a page so when this little baby came out, I knew I had to have it. I must confess though, even after having it for so long, I JUST discovered how to open it up and use it anywhere on a page...

I am almost swayed...does anyone feel like linking some of their LOs using the Tiny Attacher? I'd love to get a better sense of the scale of the staples on a page.

I love my tiny attacher! Here is an example that I used it to attach some of the sequins. They are about the same width as the sequins are on my layout.

I have also used it to attached wood veneer pieces and it works great. As far as the size, they are so small. I have used mine to adhere rosette trims also. You can put the staples in folds of the flowers and you can't even notice them.

One of my favorite things about this tool is you can open it up to staple things in the middle of the page.

I'm in the minority. While I don't dislike it, I'm not as impressed with it as some are. I really thought the staples would be tinier than they are. I put a couple staples on a photo to attach the ribbons. The staples were much larger than I thought. I had heard that the Tiny Attacher would be great for attaching twine, but after seeing it on the photos, I'm less than impressed. These staples would really show on something like twine used for a balloon or anything that curves on your paper. I've only used it once, so I'm not a reliable source! I will try again. Also, I wish I could figure out how to "stretch" the thing so I could get more into my 12x12 piece of paper rather than having to resort to the edge. I know there is a way to do this, but I tried and my staples wouldn't stay put.

I love mine but either hide it OR color with a Copic. I got mine ESPECIALLY to attach metal to my cards. I do make greeting cards with coke cans cut into flower shapes, etc. I NEVER found a glue that was really reliable with the aluminum since it wants to "curl".

I never tried it with the ATG since I had FINALLY figured out eyelets were the way to go, I use my Big Bite to attach the metal pieces with eyelets. BUT, sometimes I need more than one and didn't want to put another eyelet in and the tiny stapler works great! Now that I have some Copics, I use them if it needs to blend in more. Other things that I feel need a staple, I cover it with something.

How are you all using it. I need some ideas, otherwise I think it'll end up sitting there another 10

I usually use mine for attaching ribbon or ric rac, particularly when I'm clustering things as it adds another texture to the embellishment area and saves me trying to get them to stick with glue or tape.

I haven't used it with paper as much, although I did use it to staple bunting on a card once - I hand cut all the little pennants/banners and then stapled them to the card and curled the bottom up so they had dimension.

I haven't played with opening it fully to attach things in the middle of the page, I did it once but I had a cutting mat under my page which the staple got stuck in, haha. I'll try a glass cutting mat next time I wasn't aware you could even do it until I saw it on a Shimelle video!

Okay, I think you all have sold me on it. I googled Tiny Attacher and found a lot of layout examples. I don't like the look when it's an obvious, in-your-face staple, but I found a lot of pages where it sort of blended in. I had to look really hard to even figure out where they put the staple!

another office supply lover here, so I love using staples that have the added 'cuteness' feature of being small!! And I didn't know you could use it anywhere on the page; that's good to know. (the staples have a tendency of 'popping' out of the stapler, though-- I just refilled mine this morning, and it took, like, 4 tries to get the new ones in and get the thing shut again, loL!)

...off to search for layout examples, now, just because I want to!!

So I was browsing the shop and thought I would just check out the Tiny Attacher... (you enablers! lol).

But I'm a bit confused. There is a Tiny Attacher (sold out), and a Tiny Attacher tool. They look the same - one in packaging and one not. And there are refills for each. Is there a difference? Thanks!

Wooohooo mine is here, and I already opened it up and started playing with. It's so fun! You all are right, the staples are TINY. Like barely noticeable on the LO I just used them on (which is what I was hoping for). Thanks, Peas!

To the poster above me - I'm sorry I can't answer your question about the difference, although I suspect there isn't one. This link is to the one I had in my cart from the Two Peas store. If it is sold out, I'm sure they'll get more in stock.
