We went and looked at another house today with Zach and also looked at the first house for the second time. Zach really likes the first house and will probably make an offer on it. I'm having a had time thinking that Zach will soon be a home owner. I just worry that he won't be able to afford it. He will be able to make the mortgage payments but its all the other costs that add up. Perhaps I'm just being a mom!
It's been snowing here all day. The flakes are huge!
I haven't seen Eli in over a month. He took the insurance off his car because he's not getting many hours at work until the company gets busier. So without car insurance, no driving. We do talk on the phone and text regularly.

I don't know if y'all have heard about the tornado/bad weather we had this week, it was terrible. Bob said it was on CNN and FOX news along with all of the Atlanta/Chattanooga channels. There was a F4 tornado that was 1/2 mile wide and went for 16 plus miles. It leveled over 54 homes in our county and caused damage to so many more. There are photos all over FB showing it and the damage. Bob and I were blessed. We had no damage at our home or the home we are moving into. Robbie was at work and Haleigh was at school but praise God, they were ok also. Bob's mom has an apartment in the basement of his brother and sister-in-laws home and she had over THREE inches of water flood it. The rain was coming down so fast that we couldn't keep up with trying to remove it. I called Robbie and he went to Home Depot to purchase extra wet/dry vacs and after about 4 hours, we finally got it all out. Turns out that there is a drain in the garage that is suppose to lead out to the front yard but it must have some kind of issues because it sent the water straight into the basement. With all of that excitement, we didn't realize how hard Gordon County had been hit until it was over. So many families displaced and so many that were renting did not have renters insurance. I can not imagine the hardships these families are facing. Say a prayer for all of them!
