I am looking for the easiest way to format my photos into small sizes...something like 2x3, or even 1x2...

I suspect I need something like picframe, but that seems to be only for my phone, how do I get that printed at Costco?

What do you use to get format your photos to a smaller size?

Photoshop/Photoshop elements
Phototilly's Photosheet free (PC only)
Picassa (free)

Save your smaller image on a standard background size (4x6, 5x7, 8x10 etc)and upload to costco.

Ditto ca angel. Use Photoshop to set your canvas size at a standard size. Then after you have it printed just trim off the white space.
