I'm making white chicken chili, trashed wings, and tzatziki for dipping veggies and pita bread.
My bff is making regular chili, hot wings, BBQ/sweet & sour meatballs.
I'm also buying a football ice cream cake for all the kids.

I'm a Director for a direct sales company, sober decided to have a team building party-- our 1st annual Souper Bowl. Everyone is bringing a soup to share and a few cans to donate to the food bank. My team leaders are bringing a dessert too. We are providing all the paper goods, soft drinks and some chips and dips. I'm making 3 soups- a simple chili, Spinach Tortellini (from Pimterest) and Taco Soup. Hoping as our team grows it will get bigger every year!

I'm looking for a buffalo chicken dip. The one we had at work a couple of weeks ago was layered with the chicken and sauce on the bottom and a cream cheese mix on top. It was the bomb but the person who brought it didn't make it and I can't find it online.

Bethany....I found a recipe called bonnies buffalo chicken.
4 boneless chicken breasts, boiled, drained & shredded with two forks
1 (12 ounce) bottle of original Frank's red hot sauce (do not use Tabasco)
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese
1 (16 ounce) bottle ranch dressing
1/2 cup chopped celery
8 ounces shredded monterey jack cheese
Directions:
1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine shredded chicken and Frank's Hot Sauce and spread in the bottom of a 13" x 9" pan.
2
In a large saucepan over medium heat, combine cream cheese and ranch dressing, stirring until smooth and hot. Pour this mixture over chicken forming a second layer.
3
Sprinkle celery on top.
4
Bake uncovered for 20 minutes, then sprinkle cheese on top and bake another 15-20 minutes until hot & bubbly (do not let it get browned or it will be hard).
5
Let stand 10 minutes. Serve with celery sticks and tortilla chips.
would this be it?
I think that I might try it.

heh heh, I am actually getting out of the huge cooking I normally do this year other than I am making an asian chicken pizza and a veggie platter. DH is frying some zuccini and ds is in charge of chips (it's a joke) and that's it. I will probably make some type of dessert..not sure yet. And that is it.

Giant Eagle had roasts buy-one get-one-free today, so I came home with two. I'm using them to make BF's Italian Beef. Haven't made it in quite a while and it's one of my very favorites. YUM!

Anderson Cooper had these on his show today and he and Emmit Smith both refused to try them. Anderson's producer was game, so he took a bite and declared them absolutely disgusting. I don't think I can wrap my mind around a savory cupcake. If you make them, you'll have to let us know how they turn out.

This native of San Francisco is foregoing tradtional SuperBowl foods in favor of hometown goodies- Columbo salami, Sonoma Jack Cheese, crab, Ghiradelii chocolates and sourdogh bowls of clam chowder.
Thank goodness for a World MarketPlace here in Alabama so i could buy some of these foods.

I am finishing preparations for a group of high school football players ** no girls allowed! **
I made:
Buffalo chicken dip with Frito Scoops and veggies
Spinach/ artichoke/ chili dip with corn chips
hummus and pita
fresh watermelon
hershey kisses
then KFC Gameday Buckets for the main course (gag!) and I'm on standby to make quesadillas should the boys still be hungry
Dessert is "slutty brownies" -- bottom layer chocolate chip cookie, middle layer oreos, top layer gooey brownies (bake the whole thing together at 350 for 40 minutes)
