Ooh man! I followed your advice and made some of my own bodybutter! I used the really good organic, pure coconut oil (I think it's about $12.99 on Amazon), whipped it up in my mixer (at a mushy state), added some shea butter and coconut butter and a dot of coconut extract. It made a pretty big vat (I keep my Body Shop containers and it filled the BIG one, which could cost me about $25!). I have lots extra of the oils, so I could probably have made another one.

First of all, I just saved a ton of $$. Secondly, it smells better than any bodybutter I've ever, ever tried. Thirdly, my skin is so shiny and not greasy. This is perfection.

THANK YOU so very much! You rock!!!!!! I'll never buy bodybutter again!

It IS awesome! I can't stop sniffing my skin! LOL. I'm so pleased. Now if I could learn how to make a copycat of The Body Shop's coconut bodywash, I'd be thrilled!

It is truly amazing, but here in FL it's hard to keep it at the bodybutter consistency. It's in the 80's so it's usually a little melty. Maybe I should refrigerate it.
