I ordered the Cameo from UScutter that I posted about. I got the refurbished one for $189. I paid for it late Thursday evening and it was here on Monday. Even though its refurbished, it looks new to me. It works great so far.

I like that its smaller and less bulky than the Cricut. I would definitely recommend buying from them. It has a 1 year warranty.

Off to find some baby shower stuff, anyone have or know of any baby shower free files?

I haven't played with mine yet so I don't have any file info for you. I just wanted to say enjoy your Cameo.

Congrats on your new toy!

Check the online store clearance section, there might be some cheaper designs there.

There are a ton of baby related shapes in the online store that I used for my daughters baby shower.

You can also try doing a google search for free files, there are a ton of them out there.

Good luck and have fun with your new toy!

Enjoy!

You might be able to use a baby themed dingbat font to get some outlines of diaper pins, pacifiers, etc.

I don't know if because I'm more experienced with electronic cutters now, but the Cameo has been so easy to use! I followed the guidelines for cutting cardstock, paper, and vinyl and it cut perfect the first time, every time! I remember with my expression it took me days to stop shredding my paper!

I made my own design for a banner, too! I have found tons of stuff to use for the baby shower, mostly free.

I feel like its everything the E almost was, you know?

I want to try the pens, too. Trying to decide which holder to buy.

I have a set of Silhouette pens. I've only tried them once, but they worked well. No holder required.
