Going to make any scrappy goals for the month? I love these threads and haven't seen one for upcoming month yet.
One page a week and get January PL caught up. That should keep me pretty busy.
Anyone else? |

28 layouts!!!
I would never say that in a normal month but I'm taking LOAD (Layout a Day) for the first time. They won't be masterpieces but I'll get 28 more memories captured. Can't wait!
And keep up with PL or at least takes photos and good notes so I can catch up in March.

I am in for a page a day! Plenty to scrap, and my dd graduates this year. I made 37 pages this month, so I am hoping to keep it going! |

I'm planning on getting all the pics from a 3 week vacation in 2007 done this month. I work faster when doing a theme or event like this. |

I think I'm going to try for the 28 LOs, even though I'm not taking the LOAD class. I also need to catch up on January PL, so I'll count each week done as a LO.

I am going to a 16 hour crop on Saturday and a 3 day weekend over the 15th so my February goal is to finish my son's 1st year album. It is about 90 pages when complete and I am on page 11.

The past week or so I've tried to get into the SB room every day. Maybe not for long, and maybe I don't do much of anything but shuffle pictures and/or supplies around for a few minutes, but at least get in there every day.
I think I'd like to try and do that every day this month.
For a long time I had the attitude that it wasn't worth it to scrap unless I had a huge block of time to devote to it. But with 2 small kids, I went months without even trying to get anything done because I never had that block of time! (And if I did, let's be honest, I would take a nap instead!) But I've been chipping away at stuff lately for a few minutes here and a few minutes there and have been surprised at how much I've gotten accomplished.
I don't think I have a chance in hell of meeting this goal.... did I mention that I have 2 small kids? Including an infant? But I'm going to give it a shot anyway.

I have two conflicting goals. One is that I will get all my photos for December scrapped. The other is I would not go over budget. Think the latter one's going to win out. |

I haven't scrap-booked in 5 years. My New years resolution was to scrapbook right away an event or pictures I have taken of my family. So far I have stayed on tract. Since I am caught up for the year I am going to start the day my son was born. I will say 2 layouts just cause I also go to school and have a 4&5 year old.

I need to finish organizing my scrap space, print pictures, get caught up on January Project Life, and make at least one 2-page layout! I've been smashbooking like crazy lately, but I really miss my 12x12 layouts. |

Clean my desk.
Get through a few of my pages that I've started that are at various stages of completion.
Keep going with PL.
Print out the pictures needed to finish DD, even though I don't plan to actually finish it this month.
Print out pictures for layouts I will start next month. I want to start using persnickety prints for my regular layouts, I think, so it involves some planning.
Order some supplies: mostly page protectors, an album or two...

I have been photo-editing like crazy for the last couple of weeks, so I am hoping to get those scrapped by the end of next month. My goals are pretty ambitious, but I am using PL supplies so that makes it actually "do-able"...
- January PL
- Niece #1 album (ages 3-5.5)
- Niece #2 album (ages 1-4.5)
It would be AMAZING to have the nieces' albums caught up! I have been trying to scrap them traditionally in 8x8 albums, but have kept falling farther and farther behind. So, I am switching methods. I need to get their stories in albums, before any more details are forgotten. Hopefully, the PL-style albums will be much easier to maintain (especially since I also have a nephew due in May).

I would like to finish an event - I think I'm near the end of my stack of Harry Potter studio tour prints, so maybe my goal is to finish that set
Also I want to make a bunch of cards to have ready when I need them - lets say 10 cards made by the end of the month...

I know it sounds like a lot but for 1 month, could you set aside 30-45 minutes per day by ...
- skipping a TV show?
- setting your current novel aside?
- Pea'ing less? (dare I say it!?!? LOL)
- less Pinterest, Facebook, or Instagram time?
- crock pot meals and pizza instead of more time-consuming dinners? (or better yet, see if DH will be in charge of dinners for 1 month?)
- not giving up exercise time but maybe planning a layout in your head while you do it?
See? Totally do-able! And February is the perfect month. It's cold out, no holidays to prep for, and a 3-day weekend
I also think we can't expect masterpiece layouts. But aren't 28 simple layouts better than 5 fancy ones? Or none, which is what I would've accomplished in February other than PL?
My life gets crazy for sure but I think with the prep I've done and doing the above, I might just be able to do this! If not, I'll still have some new layouts and have a lot of fun with the other LOAD'ers. |

A lot of great goals!
I plan on getting pix (400) off my camera and onto external hard drive and then organizing them.
I have kept up with Pl, so my plan is to stay with it.
I would also like to make 3-4 12x12 layouts per week.
Good luck with LOAD, sounds like fun but I am a slow scrapper. |

Love this thread! What a great question!!
My January goal was to clean/rearrange my bedroom sitting area (completed) and have my hubby move my Expedit up to that space (not completed) so I will have my own cozy retreat to scrap. My bedroom is my oasis, it is quiet, cozy and comfy (and my kids aren't allowed to play in there).
So my January goal is now my February goal...to move my expedit up to my bedroom and out of the kids playroom/husbands office downstairs. A girl gets tired of stepping over toys to get to her scrapbook supplies! And it never fails, when I drag my layouts out, my husband has to use his desk for something. I plan to be much more relaxed and organized after this move, producing more layouts. And to that i say

I'm not setting goals for the entire month, just the first week for now...
February week 1 goals:
-To clean off my scrap desk
-To clean off my scrap table
-To complete PL weeks 3 & 4
-To work on learning how to use my new silhouette
-Edit and order January photos |

I plan on doing a layout a day. I'm not actually doing a LOAD class, but since it's just making a layout each day, I can do that on my own. I know they give prompts and stuff, but I have enough pictures to be able to do it. My real goal is to do 365 layouts this year. Even if I don't get one done each day, when I go to crops I always get a ton done, so it can make up for a day missed here and there. I need to use up my stash, so the other goal is to not spend any money except for adhesive.

My January goal was to finish my 2012 PL album and start and finish my 2012 December Daily. Check and check. My February goal is to finish my Disney album, it has taken far too long! |

I set a goal of one layout a week & I've completed about 10 layouts so far this year, so I feel very productive.
For February, I've got a goal of leaving a Valentine tag for my dd every morning on her bedroom door. Then on Valentines day, she can put them all together on a book binding ring. I've made a few of them alredy & written little messages to her on the backs. She loves receiving little notes & giving them too |
