I would love to get my nose fixed. It got broken when I was 8 and I can really only breath through one nostril. I have a skinny, pointy nose and I would like a 'nicer' one that I could breathe through.

I would also love to be less hairy

Only one? Geeze. Droopy left eye, nose too long, double chin, saggy cheeks, boobs to my ankles now. Holy cow I can't choose just one! Sounds like I either need to make an appointment or crawl back under the covers

I am dying to get my severely deviated septum fixed. I have yet another cold, and can tell there will be yet another sinus infection but my z shaped septum means nasal sprays and the like don't help.

I would like my partner to be fibromyalgia free.

My toe nail beds. They sort of slants up so my nails grow up and too small so my nails are small. Ugly. I want to paint my toe nails. I'm like the only girl in the world with this problem.

I would love a stronger jawline. My jaw is quite small and as it softens with age its very undefined and sort of blends into my neck Ugh! Hate it!

I would change my smile. My jaw isn't symmetrical; one side is more flat and the other side is more round and is on a different angle. When I smile my full, normal smile, I show a lot more gum on one side than the other. My entire life of photographs has been of using my 'fake' smile so it isn't as noticeable. I know that if I was in public office, the cartoons would exaggerate my slanted smile.

Lisa

We have often asserted and we affirm it yet again that no fact in history is better attested than the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead. It must not be denied by any who are willing to pay the slightest respect to the testimony of their fellow men. That Jesus, who died upon the cross, and was buried in the tomb of Joseph of Arimathea, did literally rise again from the dead. (excerpted from Dance Your Shoes Off, Second Baptist Church)

i have a skin disease called dariers. i have fingernails that split with vertical brown lines running up and down them, and a rash covering most of my legs and back that can flare up anywhere else on my body with no notice (it has affected my chest and forearms in the past). there is no known cure and pretty much no effective treatment. i would love to get rid of it.

My teeth are yellow, they have been yellow all my life. I have had them professionally whitened three times and tried every product on the market. They do get white but never the beautiful whiteness I see on some people. I can't afford veneers and I don't know if I would get them if I could (heard too many bad things)

I have a J-pouch after losing my colon to cancer, and it can be pretty painful and restrictive at times. The diet I have had to adopt has also led to some weight gain that I really hate. If I could have either a well-functioning pouch or a healthy colon, that would be my dream. At the same time, I am in a support group and know of lots of people with far more problems with their pouch than me, so I feel guilty for moaning really

My heavy thighs and messed up veins. Bad veins run in my family and so do pear shapes and heavy legs. Sigh.

The upside is they are lot better than they use to be and that I am grateful for.

I would also love to have my nose done, but after what my sister went through, I can live with what I have. She went in to have hers medically fixed--they did all the pre-op tests but could not get the bleeding to stop. They wanted to give her blood but this was before blood bank blood was tested for HIV and my mom said no. She lost 1/3 of her blood--it took her months before she could even go back to work for part of the day.

Bones that aren't weak and a straight spine would be awesome. As I get older, these are causing additional problems.

mm if i am only allowed ONE surgery.. id have to try for a brain transplant into a suitable body...

the one that causes me most embarrassment is the remainder of 2 emergency csections, i dont even like getting undressed when im alone, and my husband has NEVER seen me undressed... so that would be my priority i think, or would have been when i was younger seems a waste now at my old age, might as well plod on as i am...

I think I would get a nose job, but maybe not...

about 10 years ago, I had braces and jaw surgery. My upper jaw was moved forward a few millimeters, and the surgeon said it wouldn't affect my appearance at all. I can see a difference; I don't look like the 'me' that I remember, because I think my nose is turned up too much at the tip now.

Then again, it might not look 'right' (like I remember looking) afterward, so I probably would never do it.

I'm changing my answer to say removing extra fat from my chin / neck, instead!

Ok not to be nosy, but really?

I have a few things I don't love, but I think I'd be too scared to "fix" anything. If they figure out a way to smooth out fine lines without surgery I'd be the first in line.

yup really, i always, always, always make 100% sure i am fully clothed when i leave the bathroom... he has never and will never see me undressed, even if it is just an oversized shirt and jog bottoms... like i said, i dont even like to look at myself, so why would i want to put someone else through the experience at least i can hide it well i suppose..

It's amazing how the answer would have been different for me a few years ago, but as I age, my priorities are changing!

I'm getting arthritis in the fingers of my right hand...it scares me, as my hobby uses my hands and so does my job. So, would get rid of that...the slipped disk in my back (which believe it or not, is my second choice...I can live with pain, but not without scrapbooking! LOL), my bad thyroid...my sight that cannot be corrected with lasik...wow, it all has to do with feeling good rather than LOOKING good...see, priorities change when you hit the 50's!

That. And all the hair that I have lost due to the meds that I am on. I used to have such beautiful thick hair that grew like crazy and now it is about 2/3 as thick and really doesn't grow. My hair has been the same length for 2-3 years and I only get micro trims.

I would like to get a hanging pannus removed. My lower abdominal area has a lot of extra skin due to massive weight loss. So much that it hangs down and touches my upper thighs. I just think my pants would be so much more comfortable. I am not sure I am done having babies yet, so I will wait until I know that for sure before pursuing it. Since it's an area I suffer skin problems with, I think it may be covered by health insurance.

First would be my hair. Extremely dry and thick with a band of frizz across the front. In my next life I'm having nice hair.

My eyes. Lucky me inherited the 'dark circles with multiple bags' gene.

Dad's nose, small saggy boobs, tum and butt to big, thunder thighs, tuckshop arms. Other than those things, I'm pretty OK with myself!!
