Hi!
My daughter loves to draw and produces a lot of colorful papers (so I don't mind cutting one up). Now my husband challenged me to use one as the background for a LO and I have the perfect picture of her drawing to go with it, but how do I add PP to the handdrawn lines? (she is just one year so there aren't any motives yet

Tanks for any ideas!!
Heike

Thank you bgpa - I like the idea of cutting the drawing to a picture size and treating it as such!
I would still also like an idea for the drawing as BG - may be I fibd some time to play around with the idea tomorrow

As long as you have many, just try using one as you would use any other patterned paper as your background.

What a fun idea! My kids are grown now but I think it would be so fun!

My DSD is thinking about scanning a bunch of her 2-year-old's drawings and making them into one of those photo books. Maybe you could do that, and on the first page add the photo of her working on a creation?

Someone posted a layout for a CHA challenge that used the drawing as a background (I think it was matted with cardstock), and a picture of her drawing on it. It was really cute - I'll have to see if I can find it.

Here's one that I made with a picture that my granddaughter colored.

These are so cute!

I was just thinking about doing a layout of my grandkids' art by scanning, reducing, and printing the art, then making "gold" frames out of a spellbinders frame diecut and gold embossing powder.

Thanks for the reminder!
