Does anyone use them? If so, how? Layouts? Cards?

|Posted: 2/5/2013 8:06:04 PM|I didn't know there were 6x6 pads of journal cards? I've only seen the 6x6 of regular patterned paper. Clue me in to what I'm missing, in case I need to add it to my bucket!

You mean the small version of journaling card sheets? I use them when I don't have much to say or I use them as embellishments or for layering.

They are included in regular 6x6 paper pads and are teeny tiny. Usually 1-2 sheets per pad.

I dont have any of these, and I love tiny and cute. What lines have some of these in their pads?

I make cards so the smaller scale of these types of prints lend themselves really well to that. They are cute places for me to add a stamped sentiment to.

The only ones I can think of that I've used so far are the Simple Stories Generations (I think). I loved those. They are wonderful for using as a base for an embellishment cluster or tucked in for layering.

Fancy Pants has some in their 6x6 pads too. I love them as accents or to use with a date stamp or as a label.
What can I post about?

I also like to use the simple stories ones as little accents in my 6x8 divided page protectors. I take a 3x4 card cut from cardstock and add one of these little journaling cards on a pop dot and then journal on the 3x4 card and add some washi to the top or bottom of the cardstock. It can make a collection pack go farther!
