I bought several WRMK postbound albums when they were on sale with free shipping at J's last year. I pulled out the last one to use, and one of the posts won't unscrew. So I can't get it open to add more page protectors.

I've tried using one of those rubber can grippers in hopes of getting more traction, but no luck. I'm thinking I'll just have to contact WRMK customer service, but I wanted to see if anyone else has had this problem and had a trick to correcting it?

And yes, I know that this is yet another reason to go over to exclusively Dring albums... But I'd still like to be able to use this one that I already paid for.

TIA!

Can you get 2 small pairs of pliers (needle nose) to grab each of the screw heads and turn in opposite directions? A pain I know but that should work

Happened with my DD album this year, so DH grasped the underside with a pair of players and then used a screwdriver on top side - whewww - he fixed it!

I had a really hard time with mine too. Had to hold the one side and unscrew the other. I got it done but it took awhile and was a real pain!

Thanks for the suggestions. I have tried using a screwdriver on both sides (which was quite a feat!), but pliers might help. And I may need DH for a 2nd set of hands, too.
