My brother ordered a Cameo from them for me in mid November. They promised it in December, then end Dec, then beg Jan, then end Jan and now they say 3-4 more weeks!!!
I honestly HATE them. I was off for the month of December and wanted to get things done. But seriously who does this? Who on earth does this?
This is no kind of customer service at all. I've been reading threads on here and everyone says the same thing. How do they stay in business??
If it was me, I would have cancelled, but if I ask my brother to do so, he'll want to get me another and have to pay more for it. Are the Cameos out of stock everywhere? Is this for real?

I had that happen with Distress Markers. But my Cameo came faster than promised.  I got my Cameo is two weeks for a little over $200.

Sorry you are having so much trouble. If your brother can cancel the order, it might be better for him to do so, even if he has to pay more elsewhere. There have been lots of complaints on here and other places about Oh My Crafts. Check out this link. | |

Oh my goodness! Lovetodigi - what a horrible amount of horror stories. I wish I had known he was going to order from them.
He can cancel his order. Is there another place he can order from that people recommend? I will tell him to go there. | |

I bought my Silhouette SD from Overstock.com and my Cameo came from Amazon. When I buy from Amazon, I always make sure to buy products that are sold by Amazon and not 3rd parties. I know anything sold or filled by Amazon will get to me quickly. Shipments from Overstock.com take a little bit longer to be delivered. I think it was a week before I got the SD. Amazon had my Cameo here the next day and I didn't even pay for overnight, just the regular free delivery. Two Peas also carries the Cameo. | |

I ordered mine at the beginning of September and was told i would get it at the end of October. I received it a week before Christmas. It took almost 3.5 months. I contacted them every two weeks after the date I should have received it and they gave an extra $20 in gift cards. They offered to cancel the order and give a full refund. I couldn't find one cheaper at the time. | |

I've heard lots of terrible things about that company's CS. I've never ordered from them for that very reason. Just hearing about these stories, makes me appreciate good CS even more. | |

I ordered my Cameo from Amazon.com. I got the bundle for $269.99, and it came in just a few days. Sorry that you have been given such a hard time waiting for yours. | |

My husband ordered mine from US Cutters and it was here the same week. I have no idea what he paid for it but knowing my husband it was probably full price. He doesn't know enough about scrapbooking to realise there are bargains to be had.

Weird! I have ordered from them regularly in the past, and even purchased one of their large items when it was super cheap. Never had a problem. They've always been fantastic. But I have to admit that I have not purchased anything large like this - the largest was when they had the Big Shot for 49.99 and free shipping with a percentage discount. I know that for the large items like the cameo which tend to be pricey they often get too many orders and then just go down the list of orders received.... however, in this case I'm pretty sure I would demand a refund. | |

Maybe someone should print this thread and mail it to their CEO. This cannot be good for their business. It sounds like they do a lot right but the number of folks who have had problems seems to be growing. What I'd like to know is how many people ordered a cameo after the op's brother....and have already gotten theirs? The company probably needs to look closely at how that could happen, etc. it's fixable but they should really take corrective steps now. OP - you might as well cancel the order or call and ask for comps. Do not accept the response from the first customer service rep you speak to. Escalate the call to a supervisor, who might be better equipped to help with a resolution. Good luck to you. You will absolutely love the Cameo. It is an awesome product!

I would have to agree up until this last purchase. I placed an order Dec 26. I am still missing two items in that order. Plus that order took over three weeks to get. I have emailed but have yet to get a response back. I have always had great customer service from them. I've been ordering from them way back to when they sold Cricut carts. I even bought my Expression from them. I don't know what's happened to them. The two items that I am missing still say that they are in stock and not a pre-order or anything. ???? I've always been quick to defend them when I see negative posts. I think this will be my last order from them. | |

They are duping you, you need to get your money back and buy it somewhere else. I just bought one from another online store last Friday, it shipped on Monday and will be here this Sat.
There are other deals out there you just have to search. I feel your pain as I have had a similar experience with another online store..not worth the effort and BTW if you have to there is a FBI online fraud report you can file. | |

I used to order from them all the time, shipping was on the slow side, average of 2 weeks but I always received my stuff within 2 weeks. I ordered my Cameo from them last April at $228, was supposed to be a pre order and arrive in 4 weeks but I got it in 1 week. I'm sorry everyone is having problems lately, but my experience has been fine. Wonder what has changed? Staff? | |

A friend orders from the fairly regularly with no problems, but she goes in knowing it will be longer than normal shipping.
I ordered a Cameo bundle from Overstock at the end of December. $269 for Cameo, dust cover, glitter, glitter paper, mat, and $35 in download cards. Got here in about a week. | |

It makes me sad that everyone had the same bad experience. This was a gift from my brother and mother, so I really didn't have much to do with it. My brother kept me updated, but I didn't think I had much to say, but when I finally told him to cancel the order, he said he would have done it a long time ago if it wasn't for me.

I use to order with them a lot in the past and I never had a problem except shipping could be slow 2 wks ( with communication through emails). I bought my Cameo from Overstock.com , but it was a toss up between them and Amazon.com same price. I would never order a Big item from OMC anymore because of the complaints, something is wrong on the customer service end now. However, I did order 2 cartridges over the Holiday shopping season on-line from a store and when I got my Paypal email the other name was OMC, I was nervous, but they shipped pretty quick, so all went well. I hope they can pull it together because they use to really be wonderful with great deals. I never want to see any scrapbook company go under. | |
