I just reached the first level threshold, how do you go about getting the discount? I hit update on my cart but I didn't see a discount, even went all the way to the payment page of the checkout and still no discount. Do I have to wait 24 hrs?

Yep, I remember reading somewhere that you have to wait until the next day to get the discount.

Phew! That's a relief. I was afraid mine just didn't work. I'll happily wait until tomorrow then!

Mine kicked in today, and only once I put things in my cart - it's not reflected on prices in the store itself as far as I can tell.

Side track , but I would like to know if you go back to 0 if you use the reward? For example, if Xanthippe places her order with the loyalty points, will she have to start building points all over again?

No, I believe the points will remain in your account for a year before they expire.

Thanks for letting me know about the next day thing. I tried to check out a class last night after hitting the first discount level (hey, every little helps!) and didn't get the discount to show up. I thought it was something I was doing wrong.

Scroll over store and click on Customer Loyalty Program OR
go to bottom and choose Service Center and Customer Loyalty will be on the left.
