You will need to locate the Photoshop CS6 file in your Applications folder. Open Photoshop, then you should see all of the Photoshop folders. Locate the Presets folder. Open it, and drop your shape files in the Custom Shapes file folder. Your shapes should be .csh files.
Once you've placed your files in the proper folder, open Photoshop. Find the custom shapes tool on the toolbar, and now the shapes menu will be available at the top of your screen. Click on the tiny arrow on the top right of the shapes menu, and a new flyout list will appear. You should find your talk bubble shape name on the bottom of the list. Click on the name, then select 'append' when it asks, and voila, your new shapes should appear. Use and enjoy!
