I own a Cricut, which I asked for as a Christmas present several years ago. I think I've used it twice... Part of the problem is the space; I have to keep it in the box, which acts as a footrest for me at my desk the majority of the time. I also discovered Thickers immediately after I got the Cricut so I could no longer convince myself it was worth it to buy cartridges for alphabets. Plus I realized, I just don't use diecuts that much! I never bought a cartridge for it beyond what it came with (George and Basic Shapes) and Cricut has yet to put out one that I feel I'd get my money's worth out of. I think if I'd gotten a Slice (which I'd thought about asking for but this was right when they first came out, and remember how the very first batch had a bunch of problems?) I might use it more, but I'm planning on just giving the Cricut free to a coworker. I really have no use for it, though I'll miss the footrest...

I don't have a machine. I do have the QK handle and three books of dies. That was enough of an investment and I don't wish to go to a new system and waste the old. I also don't have enough space or the patience to use an electronic system.

Ditto. I do want a Cameo but just can't justify the cost right now.

I don't own one for a few reasons:
1. Too much money
2. I don't think I'd use it that much (might be wrong here)
3. Figure it's just another thing that I'll buy and it will sit around and gather dust & space.

I have a Cricut, BUT I would not have bought it. DH got sucked into the infomercial right around my birthday and he thought I needed it. I don't. In the 3 years I've had it, I think I've used it a dozen times.

I'm a hodge-podge scrapbooker. I don't do themed pages. If I go to Disney, I don't need pictures of Mickey and Minnie, etc. Or if I go to the beach I don't need beach-themed sticker pieces. And for titles, I like to use Thickers.

So, I like it for the times I'm in a pinch, but overall I see no need for one.
