Get your photos printed?? I heard that Persnickety has great quality but there website is not very "User Friendly".

I have 65 pictures to print and no where to print them.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. TIA

I use snapfish... but I only do it when they have a penny special. It is usually like "get 100 prints for a penny each" and you can use it like 5 times... so I get 500 prints for $5 plus shipping.

If I just need a few prints for right now, I just upload to Sams and run pick them up.

I'm not one of those people that really worries about the "color saturation" or any of those other photo-y things, so I can't really talk about "quality", sorry, I'm cheap!

I am not to picky but the last set I got printed at Wal-Mart the blacks bled into the background, so they all looked fuzzy and out of focus. I just want somewhere easy to use with decent quality, oh and they can't cost a leg ...Or an Arm.

Lately I've been using Shutterfly. Sometime Walgreens if I need them in a hurry. I;ve been pleased with both.

I have always been happy with walgreens. Their uploading and ordering are user friendly.

In my neck of the woods, Walgreens is best. I take too many pics to print at home!

I have never had a problem with Wal mart. I love how they print in matte. I would try it again.

Snapfish and Persnickety. Persnickety has the best quality.

I did a 'print test' a few years ago, getting the same photo printed at Snapfish, Winkflash, and Shutterfly. Snapfish won hands down as far as color, sharpness, and overall quality. Plus, I like that Snapfish allows you to choose true 4x6 or "True Digital" 4x5.3... Shutterfly doesn't tell you on their website that they're cropping it at all, and doesn't give you the choice.

Costco. But first I make sure they do "wet processing" still. A lot of places have turned to "dry" processing AKA ink jet/laser printing and the quality is AWFUL - dry finish that feels just like home printing.

Another trick I've learned is to specify that you don't want *any* alteration to your pictures as uploaded, otherwise they tweak the contrast and saturation on you, and if you've done your own post-processing, it makes them overly contrasty.
