I need help identifying some of them. Any idea what one or all of the three items below are?

Looks like Kale on the left to me, and Swiss Chard at the top right. Not sure about the bottom right, maybe dandelion greens? |

Agree with kale and swiss chard. Was going to guess mustard greens, though, not dandelion.

Because if it's from Rawfully Organic, then it's arugula. Although it does look more like dandelion greens, according to her website, it's either mizuna or arugula, and it's definitely not mizuna.
Either way, put it in a salad. It's good.
ETA: Usually if she has dandelion greens, they are on the points table, and not in the shares.

It's definitely arugula, but it looks to be in bad shape with all those yellow leaves. |

Do they not give you a list of what you are getting?
Kale and Chard for sure--not sure about the other, but I do agree they could be dandilion greens. |

That looks like arugula to me.
I'm jealous -- we're getting snow instead of greens. My CSA doesn't even start until June.

Thanks everyone! Srapulous, it is from Rawfully Organic, but I couldn't find on the site what was in the box. It was my first time, but I know I didn't get it from the points table because I got baby carrots and a butternut squash from there.
Not sure what to do with the kale or swiss chard. I also got fresh beets. |

You should check out Nicole's vegetable of the week thread. She's done kale and carrots and beets.

Make tacos with your kale and/or chard: Rick Bayless' Tacos with Garlicky Mexican Greens Still my favorite way to eat greens - absolutely delicious. I'm lazy so I substitute jarred salsa for the homemade.
ETA: Also, since it seems you're new to using greens - they have to be soaked before you eat them (the kale and chard - maybe not the arugula). I just stick mine in a sink full of cold water for five minutes or so, and give them a shake to make sure all the grit comes off. You can usually see the very fine dirt/grit in the bottom of the sink when you take them out. Simply rinsing them under the faucet is not enough. Remove from the sink, pat or spin dry, and proceed with your recipe. |

I used to get my veggies from Rawfully Organic as well!! I need to start going back there. They always have lovely produce and it's so much cheaper than the store prices for organic veggies and fruits. |

The greens on the right are too short to be dandelion greens; I vote mustard or arugula.
Swiss chard is delicious lightly sauteed with olive oil and balsalmic vinegar and garlic. Don't overcook or it becomes bitter.
