You sound like the same kind of people who would defend provo craft no matter what

I have no idea what you are referring to.

I'm not just blindly defending 2Peas. I've been shopping here for ten years and have never had a problem with my shopping experience. I'm disappointed to lose my 15% discount, but I'm not upset enough about it to find somewhere else to shop. If it bothers *you* that much, then you are correct to take your business elsewhere. As a consumer your shopping dollars are the absolute best way to voice your feelings. I'm not being snarky; I firmly believe that consumers need to shop according to their feelings/values. If this issue is that important to you, you should shop accordingly.

It does bother me what an issue this has become. I come to the general scrapbooking board to discuss scrapbooking. With so much focus on this issue I feel like there hasn't been much meaningful scrapbooking discussion going on. I miss it.

I've only read up to the last time I posted. but before I continue...

It is like they don't want folks to shop here.

Well, that part is working. I'm collecting cherries (that don't expire) for a discount and I've been spending my money somewhere else. I already have the new Studio Calico wood veneers...cats, dogs, farm animals, etc.

Dammit I just had ANOTHER 2000 points disappear.

Dammit! Me, too!

This is just so stupid. I'm so glad I spent my money somewhere else this week.

Just for the record, I didn't feel entitled to points.
For all I knew it was some fun bonus that was happening.
So yeah, I was hoping that I could keep the points.
But that said, I am not too upset I lost points I apparently *didn't earn*. I had a feeling it was too good to be true.

But I kind of wish they would give points for posts on the boards AND in the gallery. I think we would see a lot more praising of layouts
Plus, it was fun! All the extra posting. I think it would be beneficial to give loyalty points for posting without a cap. Even if it was just one point per post.

Just like the NSDay buttons were fun to collect last year, these points were fun to rack up, whether redeemed them in the store or not.

Looks like things have been "fixed" because my total is a tiny fraction of what it was yesterday, and I'm now getting 5 points per post. Sure was fun when it was 55, surging ahead several hundred on chatty days.

My points are back up. Probably to where they should have been in the first place around 1,200. I enjoyed having the 6,000 some while I did!

I've been busy the past few days and just saw this post. I had wondered why I got so many points so quickly. I thought 2Peas had changed the loyalty program to make it more realistic It was great while it lasted!!

I just checked and I lost 95% of what I had yesterday. Seeing as I only found out about it yesterday, I'm not too bummed. I couldn't figure out how it was working anyway!

Me too. Yesterday I had over 7000 points. Today I have just over 1200. I had just placed my first order. I do have to say that I was going to place another order once I reached the 5%, but I do think my points now at the lesser amount are correct. I thought maybe I received a first time order bonus.

I'm bummed but not furious.

My point count has dropped again. WTF??? Last night they took away most of my points, and now today they have done it again?

I don't think the folks at 2Peas fully grasp the meaning of "Loyalty".

WOW--after reading this I am thankful I rely on a site that gives free shipping at a particular money spent and give a discount after one year of loyalty. There are no "games" or "hoops" to jump through--it is plain and simple. This all looks complicated and not explained. I have placed orders here before, but certainly it will not be for any loyalty/points.

This morning I had half as many points as I did yesterday. This evening I have gone down approx. half again.

*But* I knew darn well I hadn't actually earned that many points in the first place, so it's no big deal to me to have them corrected now.

I do hope, for the Peas who do a lot of shopping here, that the whole point situation starts working more smoothly and that people become more accustomed to it.

Wel,, I "lost" about 3,000 points. Of course, if it was an error, and I hadn't really earned them, I guess I shouldn't feel too bad.

Except that I was considering ordering from Two Peas for the first time because I thought I would be able to reach the 5% discount. Oh, well.

I think it would be better if you could see a breakdown of how your points are made up, it seems to me that they can take them away willy nilly as the systems goes now. I will never get to 15% as I like to shop the discount area but I would love to achieve 5%.

I love the inspiration from two peas gallery, videos, fellow peas and am not lucky enough to have a LSS so i will continue to shop here

I like the new system. As an overseas Pea there is a limit on the amount that I can order before I get Charged Duty, which means that I can not even get the US$5 discount on my order, let alone put in a large shopping order to earn points, so for me getting points for posting and uploading layouts is great - this truly is something for nothing, so where is the issue? I accept that the teething issues with getting the correct number of points allocated to each person has been frustrating, but as it is a new system that is not a surprise, and it sounds like most of the errors were about giving too many points, so should not have been expected anyway.

JMHO, but this does seem to be getting a lot of attention, after all, they could just scrap the whole loyalty system and charge everyone full price (which for me as an overseas user is pretty much what I expect). In UK most of the supplies that 2Peas stock are at least 50% more expensive and the choice is much more limited, with discounts only being offered on stock that is well over a year old. This is why I am happy to buy from 2Peas, discount or not, and pay international postage - still cheaper than buying the same product full price in the UK.

Well, I am still not getting points for posting, and I am below where I was before the "glitch" happened. I know they say it's fixed but it doesn't seem so on my end, and I have lost points for participating instead of gaining.

Yeah...I am way down, too...I am getting 5 points per post, but I had 8122 at the beginning of February, didn't gain any points until they "reset it" or whatever yesterday, and now I am down around 2500. I will continue to shop here, mainly because I love the videos and the peas, but it is disappointing to have lost all of the layout/participation points that I earned last month. I wasn't keeping track and I don't really understand the system, so I don't really know what was earned "fairly" and what wasn't. But I know I uploaded a ton of LOs, chatted a bunch...and after I made it past the 5% mark, I was getting ready to place a BIG order filled with new CHA goodies. I may wait a few days, maybe they aren't quite done fixing it?

I spend a lot of money here.. More then the average! I really don't shop anywhere else but here! I finally got to my 15% discount about 1 1/2 months before the new change took place! I was upset to loose it and was mad at first, put I understood why they needed to change it! I has around 20,000 points when the change happened.. So in the month of January I made ALOT of Purchases and earned points from the CHA events plus the bonus 5,000 that I received! On about 1/28 I reached to my 10% discount! I was excited and happy and thought at that point the new change isn't so bad! Then the system decided to glitch and I lost 3,300 after they "fixed" the problem! I lost my 10% discount again ! Mind you I haven't earned 1 single point for posting since the new month started, while others where earring 55-60 points for each post! I also didn't have any orders expire to loose points.

. So tell me why I had my points taken away and my discount? I'm getting so fed up! I love twopeas and it has been my favorite place to shop and my only place I have shopped at might I add! What's even more upsetting is I had my 10% before the glitch happened and had be shopping with it for almost 2 weeks! Thankfully I was only 500 points away from the 10% after they took my points away so I just placed another order! But what really upsets me is how they handled this entire situation!

They could have given everyone some points for there mistake on there system! Especially considering all of the unhappy customers after the change! If the first change didn't drive people away the first time, then this "glitch" defiantly did! I'm not a happy customer after loosing my discount the second time! Especially when I didn't earn it from the glitch to my knowledge it was from my spending that go me there in the first place! I'm done complaining about it because it hasn't changed a thinG! I just wanted to share my story!! & I love twopeas and don't wanna have to stop shopping here so I really hope all of this gets worked out some way some how!!!

If a large enough percentage of Peas stop shopping here, or even just cut way back, that affects revenue... And if revenue is affected, all the Peas who have remained 'loyal' will feel it in some way - another change to the loyalty program, higher prices, fees for videos and classes, etc... Even if it's not changing where you choose to shop, it can still have an impact on you...

If they took all these points away, their bottom line is going to be affected. I have a $100 order I was planning to purchase tonight and because I lost my discount, I'm going to buy it somewhere else. So much for customer loyalty.

I still don't understand how I have less points than when the program rolled out day one. Not much feeling of loyalty coming to me from two peas.

I fell below the 7500 after the correction. I have no way of figuring out if this is right, but it feels wrong! I made a large order recently and I thought that, plus the posting and uploads put me well above the 7500 mark. My revised total is only 6000+ so no discount. Yes, it's only 5% but its better than nothing and helps offset shipping if nothing else.

I have been watching my points also. I was no where near any discounts, my points did drop in half since I last checked.

I was beginning to wonder if it is because I don't post to the board daily. It seems like a lot here do and their points went down.

I only look when I notice a thread.

First, mine when up 10 times what they were when I had checked them before. Checked them later, and they had gone down by half. Checked now, and they've gone down by half again.

I blame these threads.

Mine is definitely down too, and now I do not get ANY points for posting. I posted a lot yesterday, have posted several things this morning, and the number stays the same. It's very frustrating. The system is definitely NOT fixed.
