Let me say from the beginning that I totally understand why people are frustrated with this situation. And I'm not bashing anyone!
Are you going to continue to shop here? Have you decided for sure or are you waiting to see how this all pans out?
I plan to continue to shop here. I do not have a lss anywhere close to me. And there are many, many items that 2 Peas carries that I cannot find in J's or M's. I've never purchased enough to qualify for a discount anyway. But I have received excellent customer service every time I've ordered from here.
I hope 2 Peas gets this straightened out quickly and even goes above and beyond to resolve this. The board and gallery have been moving so much faster as a result of people trying to up their points. That is a positive in my book. I would hate for people to get discouraged and go elsewhere.

After getting my discount taken away from me twice now.. You would think I would stop shopping here but I'm not because even with the change of the program & this recent point system glitch, I still love it here & feel like they really are the best place to shop online! I don't have a LSS either so I have no other choice then to shop online & other then this program I have never had any complaints or issues with twopeas they really are the best! The program needed to be changed I get that

I don't like the changes to the program, but I realize 2peas has to do what makes sense for their business. The current issues are frustrating and I think the result of instituting a new program before they had figured it out and tested it. It has resulted in angry and confused shoppers.
I will say that without the loyalty discount, I will only shop on sales, unless there is something I really really want. Under the old program, I finally made it to 10% and that made it easier to shop on a regular basis. 10% off with free shipping over $50 allowed me to buy full-priced items without feeling too guilty. I am not sure I feel the same way about 5% and now I'm not even sure I will get 5%. Plus, the difference in benefit between 7500 points and 15000 points still upsets me. Missing out on special promos and advanced sales notification just seems mean...
Net net, I will still shop here. 2 peas has a great store. You can always get the newest products. I have a great LSS, its far away, does not stock all of the brands I can get here and love. On the plus side, it has a wall of bazzill colors and offers a loyalty program of 25% on all product except everyday low priced items (card stock and adhesive). I have shopped other online stores for specific things not found here. I may stray more often without the loyalty incentive because at the end of the day, money matters!

I will still shop for items that I don't get in kits or can't find at archivers. But, the significant AC/SC/Crate order in my cart has been deleted because I am going to crop at Archivers tomorrow complete with 20% off for the night. So, I will take the time to figure out what I can get there instead of ordering it all here. With my glitch-induced 10%, FS, and no tax, it was worth it to me to pay a tiny bit more to get it delivered to my door next week. Right now I am so aggravated with the handling of the loyalty points debacle (plus back down to 5 , that I'd rather cherry pick at As and then fill in any blanks after I see what March SC kits will contain

find at archivers.
I am SO jealous of those of you who have Archivers as your LSS. I've never been to one, and in my mind I've built it up to be this magical scrapbooking paradise that has every scrapbooking supply I could possibly ever want to buy. I would probably go there every single day!

I only lost a 5% discount, so all the changes didn't really effect me as much as someone with at 15% discount.
I will continue to shop here. My LSS does not have up to date selections. I do have a Micheals, AC Moore, and Hobby Lobby very close to me and will go there also with a 40% off coupon.
Two Peas just has the product that I want. Plus I love the community aspect.

I know! There are no Archivers within hundreds of miles of me! I mentioned this in another post...I went and looked at Archivers and saw they have an online shopping site. Is it any good?? I guess the one drawback I saw was they don't sell individual sheets of paper...

I never stood a chance to get a discount under the old system. Getting pretty close to a 5% discount under the new system was pretty cool. Seeing the points drop again was an "oh well" moment.
I'll continue to shop here as usual. I shop 50/50 between 2peas and Archivers. Archivers (at least the one near me) is really disorganized. They don't seem to display by brand (mostly) and you'll find random pieces of papers from the same line throughout the store. If it the pp has blue in it, they'll put it in a "boy" section. It really drives me batty.

That's funny; you could run a side business.
This question may sound like I'm trying to start trouble, but I swear I'm not. Does archivers have a discount program? It seems like most brick-and-mortar stores have something. My LSS has a punch card you can fill up based on $'s spent. When it's full you get $20 off your purchase. I can't remember the dollar value you have to spend, but I know it doesn't take me long to fill the card and I only go there 3/4 times a year.

Yes, of course I will continue to shop here. My %5 points got taken away and I don't even care. I mean, come on.. they are offering your a discount.. they wouldn't HAVE to do that! And in the grand scheme of things, 5% really isn't much. If I really want the product.. I am going to buy it whether or not the points system is in place.

I'm really hoping they make this right. I'd like to keep shopping here because there aren't any other online stores that carry all the brands I like and keep the stock moving through like 2Peas. And I have no Archivers, so where am I gonna go? It's kind of like saying I'm going to boycott Target or Amazon -- that would be practically impossible for me.
But I'm pretty disappointed in the whole points thing. I kind of wish they'd just done away with the loyalty program altogether, rather than creating some mysterious farce that makes everyone jump through hoops and get all bent out of shape constantly. I'm tired of the drama. It makes me not want to hang out on the forums, which makes me come here less and, yes, shop less.
How they fix it will determine my future shopping habits.

I think the whole points thing is silly--both Two Peas' handling of it and also the general outrage. Even at the uppermost level, you're only getting 15% off...hardly a deep discount. I wasn't even aware there WAS a points program until they changed it and I started reading the complaints here.
Since I use the message boards and other facilities here a LOT, I will keep on shopping here. My two LSSs both closed last fall, so I have actually been shopping here far more the past four or five months. I wish their shipping was cheaper and faster, but they carry the stuff I want, and they have tons of resources to help me use what I buy in a creative way. I'm not going anywhere.

In the strictest sense? No. But there is always a coupon of some kind- generally 30% off a single item (not worth iot for 1 sheet of apper) and sometimes 5 off 25 or $10 off $40. They also have sales occasionally- about twice a year they have a 40% off paper sale. sAme with embellies and stamps.
And with your crop seat, you get 20% off your entire purchase. On the one hand, those crop seats cost money. But, it is sunk cost. I am gonna go crop there with friends occasionally anyway. And, in the case of tmnrw night, it was a "free" seat earned by going to their New Year crop. So, I rarely pay full price for anything but paper there - and often not that either

Truthfully, yes.
I have been a pea for so long and never really even paid attention to the previous loyalty program.
I like to spread my shopping around based on where I get the best deal. I like to support my LSS! I like to make the occasional run to Archiver's with my coupons. And I love to shop on-line.
I usually choose to shop here when there is a big sale. Like when they offer a certain % off a whole purchase.
But if I can get it cheaper elsewhere, I will.
And I hate to say it, but I have found items here that are priced higher than other stores. So then I definitely won't buy it here.
But that said, over the years I have had quite a few packages from two pea's and know that I will have more I am sure in the future
Two peas has a special place in my heart because it was the first real on-line scrapbook site I discovered. And with the new videos, I find myself visiting here a lot these days.

That's a nice deal. You're right; the cost of the seat is a sunk cost, so the 20% is just gravy. I've heard that archivers hosts really nice crop nights too. You're not helping with my jealousy!

Yes, I'll still shop here, but I never qualified for a discount anyway since my budget doesn't allow for a lot of sb shopping. I'm sorry that those of you who had the discounts are being affected and hope that something can be worked out. We don't have a lss, but there is an A's about 35 mi.away and I do shop there occ, but love to come to 2Peas to check out the new stuff, the gallery, and all of the videos. I do like being able to shop from home and look and add to my wishlist and then really study it before I order - I think I might be making better decisions that way! Maria

I will. The loyalty points issue is annoying, but I've never qualified for a discount here before, so that won't stop me now.
Like the OP, I don't have much of a LSS near me, and it's inconvenient for me to get to any of the big box stores often. I am very close to a Paper Source, but their scrapbooking supply selection is very limited.
I like the way the store here is organized. Compared to other websites, it is much easier to find things, especially when I am not quite sure what it is I want yet. I appreciate that I can get free shipping when I spend $50, which is a lower minimum than most stores I have found. If something goes wrong, I trust Two Peas customer service to make right. Judging from the threads about some other websites it seems like good customer service is hard to find. And, of course, I love the community factor here. I don't think I can find that anywhere else, so I shop here to ensure the forums, videos, CHA socials, etc. will still be available.

Ditto. I started uploading lo's this week because of participating in a challenge. I doubt I'll ever get high enough for it to make any difference in my purchasing, but I will say that I love how much more people are posting. Presumably be cause of the point accumulation.
Nevertheless, it feels more like the old days when this board was much more active.

Honestly, there are so many stores that don't have discounts at all. I don't believe I've ever reached a discount here, it would be nice to get a discount, but no store owes me one. I'm just happy that I can shop at all if I have money spare, so no complaints from me. There are so many people who don't have that luxury.

I have never had a discount so that won't change for me I got really excited when I thought they had changed something and it was easier to get a discount yesterday but oh well. I was planning to do a bit more shopping with the discount but now won't but I won't do any less shopping that I had already planned on before the mess up yesterday.
I hope they get it straightened out and everyone is happy again. I like it here but honestly don't buy a lot here or most on-line stores because most of the stuff I buy from myself as a CTMH consultant it is just easier and I like the stuff. However occasionally there are other lines that I really want and my LSS never carries it so I come here to look for it. I figure I have enjoyed the message boards here for years so I should purchase here unless I can find it at my LSS - I would love to support my local store but they don't carry Echo Park or Carte Belle so I will buy it here.

Let's put 15% in perspective please. It may not be deep but it isn't shallow either. On $100, it saves me $15 which is 3 more packs of thickets or enamel dots, 15 sheets of p.p. or a collection pack of echo park. I'm sorry you feel like that is insignificant; but I don't.

I may buy classes or digital products (if I ever get into that), but no more product... I've found a number of stores that will ship product to me, and while their prices are not quite as good as 2Ps, the shipping prices and not having to pay duty even it all out... I don't mind the changes to the points program - they have the right to do that, but I don't like how they did it, how they deal with questions/concerns, and how behind or out of touch they seem with their customer's experience... I like the forums, videos, and all the inspiration I get from the Peas, and I don't want to loose that because I get caught up in the drama of points and how the business is run... I'm going to start ignoring the business and focus on the Peas and ideas everyone shares

I will. The main thing that will dictate where I shop is that the store has everything I am looking for in stock at the same time. I can shop very rarely now and I want to make sure I get most of the stuff I am looking for and get the free shipping. I enjoy the free shipping FOR SURE!
I also want to support the site that I have been a part of for so long which only gets better and better content. The introduction of the videos this year ALONE would make me want to support.

I will shop the same amount as I did before. (About 4-5 orders a year). I never thought I would spend enough for a discount so I don't care one way or the other.
I will also continue to shop occasionally at other stores when I need just a few things, as shipping here for a small package can be expensive (and the mystery and trouble of reimbursement for postage is too much for me). For example I purchased 8 letter sticker sheets and a 6 x 6 pad and paid under $3 elsewhere. Here the shipping was over 8 for the same items. Yes, I have heard they may reimburse, but I decided that it was easier just to go with the sure thing. I do wish Two Peas would fix those calculations and Id never need to go anywhere else!

I shop other places online first... Mostly because of their LOYALTY program that really IS a loyalty program.
It is
Customer Loyalty Program:
FREE SHIPPING after every 5th shipped order!
Earn $10 gift certificate after every $150 spent on product
Earn $5 gift certificate for every referred customer!
That site always uses priority mail and regular price shipping is ALWAYS under $7. Super customer service!
On top of ALL that, there are coupon codes pretty regularly for atleast 20% off my order.
*When I ordered Maggie and Lucky Charm last week, I used a 20% off code AND it was my 6th order, so I automatically got free shipping.
I feel that they REALLY value me as a customer and I try to support them as much as I can...So, I ALWAYS try there first. If it is something that they don't carry or are sold out of... THEN I come here.
And, I don't feel any of the sites "owe" me anything. They are all businesses. That's just the order I shop in.

I'll buy workshops if the subject interests me. The GG do a great job, and put a lot into their classes.
If there's an exclusive 2Peas item/stamp I love, I'd probably buy it.
That's where I stop.
I cannot get past having to earn the right to be notified, and qualify, for "special promos and advanced sale notification." That's what did me in.
I've been here a long time, and I'm so disappointed with the change of events here. Can't afford to give a discount? I get it, so stop it. Making people work their tails off posting, or spending big bucks, for the opportunity to earn special promos? Not me. Plenty of other places to shop. I've been at Archivers a few times since I placed my last order on 1/4 (and the new Loyalty Program started the day or so after that).
I've supported this site since I joined. And now I'm not worthy of special promos. That's okay. Archivers likes to send me coupons every week, and has special promos. That's where I'll be.

I'll always be here! I love TwoPeas! They have the best website, gallery, customer service, shipping is FAST. I understand everyone wants a discount but I'm over it, I'll take what I can get!

I love 2peas. While I am disappointed that I lost my 15% discount, I like that I can get most of the items I want all in one place. I will definitely continue to shop here.

Yes...I will continue to shop here!!! When I started shopping here ,I didnt even know about the pts so it doesnt matter to me at all. They have items here that I cant find anywhere else and whenever i have had a problem, they fix it right away. EX: bent paper edges.

YES I will shop here, I don't care if there is no program at all. Two Peas has great products, great service, a site with more free inspiration than I could say grace over....the forums, gallery, design teams, special events for NSD and CHA...all absolutely free...and they obviously have the overhead of employees to make it all happen. Plus they constantly have merchandise on sale...so everyone is definitely entitled to their opinion, but I'm grateful and will support all of the wonderful opportunities on this site.

Yes, I would have never qualified for a discount under the old program. This way I know I can at least get 5%. I have tried to shop at other stores but I pretty much always come back here, this store is the easiest to shop, has the best range of products and I don't mind saving my cart until I have $50 for free shipping.
I am in the minority here in that I like the new points system and while I was dissapointed to have my points dissapear I knew there was no way I had earned 3,900 points. So Whatever. I appreciate the chance for chose of us that have very little disposable income to be able to gain the points.
