For me, it would be milk. I drink it everyday. I also drink soda though and would be bummed if I couldn't have it.

As for food, I'm not as particular...probably pasta.

Which food/drink would you miss most if you had to give it up?

Coke. I am a Coke person the way some people are "coffee people." I cannot live without it.

And not that diet crap, either.

Water. I love icy cold water.

As far as food goes? Hershey kisses!

There isn't much I can eat but if I had to give up my kisses I'd be really cranky

Iced tea or peanut butter.

Or diet mtn dew. Although I realized that when I went to Italy for 10 days I didn't miss it. So I think it's just a 1-a-day habit.

Coffee. Absolutely.

For food... I can't think of one really. I guess I'd miss peanut butter or cheese.

Well, and chocolate of course. But chocolate really isn't a "food", it's a "necessity of life".

Diet Soda- Diet Dr. Pepper, then Diet Sprite... anything else could disappear and I wouldn't care.

hmmm, food? not really a food, but I chew a LOT of (mint-flavored) sugar-free gum... Stride Sweet Mint, Shaun White Mint, Spark, etc. and would miss it MIGHTILY if I had to stop chewing it altogether. (it was bad enough when I had braces and couldn't chew it!)

I only drink water and coffee, occasionally milk. So I guess I'd have to say I couldn't do without water and coffee.

As for food..... That's a hard one. I think I'd have to say red meat. It's the one thing I really crave if I haven't had any for a while. I would find it very difficult to give that up, especially lamb.

Pretty much the only things I drink are coffee, tea, water, and wine. So I wouldn't be happy if you took any of those away.

The only foods I can think of are eggs and cheese. And vegetables, but I don't think there is one in particular I couldn't live without. I would be pretty sad without spinach though.

I would also be royally pissed if you took away sushi or Thai food.

Espresso - I am on my second fancy machine. I wore the first one out in less than 5 years. I have to either have a homemade latte or a Starbucks latte every day, or there is no joy in this house. LOL

Krispy Kreme - I know I am close to starting when I start craving them. I can also tell that I am PMSing when DH brings them home without being asked.

Diet Dr. Pepper

We have often asserted and we affirm it yet again that no fact in history is better attested than the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead. It must not be denied by any who are willing to pay the slightest respect to the testimony of their fellow men. That Jesus, who died upon the cross, and was buried in the tomb of Joseph of Arimathea, did literally rise again from the dead. (excerpted from Dance Your Shoes Off, Second Baptist Church)

Diet Coke would cause serious issues if I didn't have it on a regular basis. There isn't a for sure food that I couldn't live without that I can think of. I have cravings for things once in a while, but they're always changing.

I'm eating Paleo right now, and already had to let go my 3 favorite food groups (chocolate, cheese, and Cheerios). But I'm allowed to have dried fruits, so I get to eat a little box of raisins daily.

I've been a breath mint girl (the soft kind) for years, just 1-2 a day after lunch/dinner. I quit cold turkey and I'm actually doing ok.
