I painted my scrap room a combination of Shamrock Blue and Morning Breeze, two very pale blue/green shades, and for the most part I do like it. I'm just wondering if those are not the best shades for the room.

As I'm getting started on painting other rooms right now, it would be a good time to repaint if I'm going to change colors.

What color is your scrapping room/space and do you feel it's a "creative" color, for lack of a better word? Please include pictures/links if available.

I just rent so have no control over the colour - it's a cream at the moment

If I could control it I would do a white or almost white so I could change up the colour scheme with my most recent artworks and projects

Boring, white but I can't see much I only have a corner and I have a huge armoire and a desk with a hutch on top...nothing beautiful about my space.

White. I love it! My color comes from my layouts hanging, art, storage containers, etc. it just feels clean and less cluttered, at least to me!

Mine is a buttery yellow and I love it! It feels warm and inviting even on cold days. The yellow is inspiring but not so bold that it's distracting.

You can see more pics of my room HERE.

I love ocean things and have started adding those accents in to my room. So I think about repainting a pretty soothing blue or green. But I really like the yellow so it stays put for now!

Mine's been a bright buttery yellow for a long time now. It's fun and energetic but I'm ready for a change.

I have red shelves and I'd like to paint my walls a pale neutral gray and then splash more red, pink, and turquoise around.

I pea. Therefore, I am.

My room is tiny compare to yours that posted. My room is a brown with a contrast room of cream and a minty green/blue don't know how to describe accents.

The white cabinets are Store in Style. There are several different styles. I have at least one of most of them. They are hard to find now. They are thicker than the ones at Michaels. Yes, my Cameo is under one of the covers. I bought the covers from an amazing lady on Etsy. Pea mail me and I'll give you her info.

Mine is a pale acid/spring green which I chose specifically because I love it for a craft room. Unfortunately the ceiling is taking in water so we need to rip out a huge chunk and that's going to mess up the paint. (Not to mention I worry about all my paper...)

Mine is an extremely light grey. With certain light it can look like a light purple though. We have it throughout the entire house. I like it as you can put anything with it to brighten it up and it doesn't clash.

My room has white walls. The floors are natural white oak. And the cabinets are white. I have pink accents including curtains, baskets, and flowers.

It's changed a bit. I added some cabinets and counters beyond the bookshelf and a *few* new goodies but you get the idea....

Warm yellow. It's warm, yet fresh, and it makes me sunshine happy. I read that yellow is the color to inspire creativity, so I guess it's perfect.

I just did a blog post about my craft room, so you can see the color in many of the photos. It's called Ladyfinger by Benjamin Moore. It's a warm, beige color and offsets everything in the room perfectly.

I have Sherwin Williams color 6255 Morning Fog. I cannot tell you how much I LOVE this color. It changes in different lights and is soothing and calming.

Color link

It can be grey, blue, lilac and it can be deep or watery. Between that and my master bedroom color Breezy link I cannot think of a single visitor to my home that has not asked for the specific color names/numbers for themselves.

I did 75% of the bedroom color, it would also be fabulous in a studio!

I just moved into a new studio and I picked a pale grey with white trim. I wasn't sure of such a neutral color, but I "love" it.

My first scrapbook room was butter yellow & my second was sage green, both of which I just loved, but I love my new change.

Mine is a very light tan color. I wish I would have chosen something different, but the thought of taking everything out to repaint makes me want to curl up in a ball. So that's not going to happen anytime soon.

My area is a corner of my bedroom which is a sort of sage green.

And since most of the walls in that corner are covered, you don't see much of it. My scrap area.

It's a light brown sort of paint technique with ivory and grays, which makes it sort of a mellow taupy brown. I wouldn't call it creative, but it has a sort of casually elegant which makes me glad to be there and has an all over mellow sort of feel.

It used to be a guest room, but I didn't feel like painting it when I turned it into a scrapbooking room. It was a lot of work to get the way I wanted it for the guest room. LOL I have all black furniture and it all just works nice together.

Mine is a sage green. It's a Behr brand paint. I can't remember the color name. It was paint that was left over that is elsewhere in my house. When my daughter moved out and I took over her room, we just decided to use up that paint. My room

my room is painted Navajo White (a pale cream / taupe color) just like the rest of the house... we had the whole house painted before we moved in. I like it because it's light enough to reflect a lot of sunlight, and I like that it's neutral. I have a LOT of stuff in there- the 'stuff' is colorful enough for me. I wouldn't have wanted to paint it a 'color' because I think that would throw off my color sense for making pages, if that makes sense.
