I rarely order paper online. Too many issues with bent corners, creases, etc. but I found an older line on sale that I loved, so I ordered some 12x12 papers and a ton of embellishments. (not from 2peas, sorry!). Over $100.

The very next day, not 6 hours later, I get an email for 20% off. I emailed them BEFORE my order status changed from payment received to in process and asked to cancel. I would just reorder with the 20% off coupon. No response. Then I get an order shipped email. Bummer! But they have a 30 day return policy, so I just reordered with the coupon and will return (shipping at my expense) the non-discounted stuff. I was planning to keep the papers as they are hard to ship back and not all that expensive and just return the speedy embellies.

My first order arrived today which is excellent shipping time, BTW. But it's missing a sheet of 12x12. I'm kinda miffed about them not answering my email (no response even now 2 days later) so I'm sure that's affecting my feelings.

What is reasonable here? I really wanted that paper but shipping one sheet of 12x12 would be outrageously expensive. But asking for a $0.75 credit seems a bit hokey. Do I just let it go? I've checked multiple times and I'm certain it's not in my box but it is on the invoice they enclosed with the order.

I would contact the company by phone if possible and they could probably add the paper to your new order.

I wouldn't expect them to send a single sheet of paper but I would expect a refund. Why should you pay for something you didn't receive. I assume that you paid with a credit card so refunding your money should not be any problem.

I assume that the shipping you already paid, the shipping to return, and the shipping you will pay to get the items again will add up to enough that you aren't saving much if anything with your 20% off coupon. I probably wouldn't have bothered.

It was free shipping on both orders I placed, so I'm only out the cost of a small padded envie or priority box to ship embellies back. I saved $24 and it will cost me about $5 to ship stuff back.

I also added a few things I forgot the first time, so I really didn't mind ordering again.

I don't see anything wrong with asking for a .75 credit. If you haven't been billed yet for the second order, maybe they could just apply it there. Or, if that order hasn't shipped yet, could they add the paper to that order? I would call and find out which would be easier.

If it was me.. I would maybe let them know that they forgot the paper... But I would just let it go! They should have shipped it to begin with & you shouldn't have to hunt them down to correct it! I understand that mistakes happen but if they forgot your item & haven't answered your emails In days I wouldn't order from them again and count your losses! Thankfully it wasn't something expensive or big that they forgot! Maybe once you return your other items they can credit you account for that paper since they forgot it! Hopefully you won't have any issue with returning your items!
