Spaghetti. I could eat spaghetti every day. I make several types of sauces (meat sauce, Italian Sausage sauce, diced tomatoes and italian season chicken, etc.) and love a good shrimp-something (current favorite is a Canjun spice package mix) over spaghetti.

For years I was teased terribly where I worked because I'd get hooked on "X" for lunch and would eat that for months. My coworkers just couldn't understand why I could/would do that.

Cold Cereal! I have cereal for breakfast nearly every day and several times a week for lunch too. I actually love oatmeal and omelettes and waffles/pancakes and such too, and lunchy things like sandwiches, soups, and salads; so I made a deal with myself that at least once a week I'll have something other than cereal for breakfast, and also for lunch.

Peanut Butter is also one of my greatest food loves and PB and chocolate is the best combo ever

Chicken in a Biskit crackers

JourneyFan, I worked at a Nabisco factory for a year, right after I graduated from high school. Chicken in a Biskit crackers, fresh and hot, from the oven are amazing.

I love tortilla chips, salsa, and avacados. I could eat them daily but limit myself to once a week or so.

I would say that my top food item is oatmeal. I eat it every single AM (steel cut with unsweetened applesauce, pumpkin pie spice and chopped walnuts) for breakfast, and I'm practically salivating while it's cooking. Another HUGE favorite for me is peanut butter (Laura Scudders creamy natural). Mmmm!!

Hummus! I like it with flat bread, pita, tortilla chips, on a sandwich or any old way, really.

Chocolate (but it HAS to be dark, around 60-70

There is a good burrito place down the street from my house that has the most awesome veggie burrito - it has salad greens, rice, whole black beans and the BEST tofu I've ever had (I know tofu isn't high on a lot of people's lists, but they prepare it in this sauce and... it's just delicious). They add a little cheese and grill the whole thing. I order that particular burrito every. single. time. we go there. Now I'm kind of craving one.

Chicken. I never got tired of chicken, but can't eat it now because it's been determined that I'm allergic to it.

I also could eat an avocado every day, and tuna salad, love it. Oh, and eggs, especially omelettes.

Also artichokes, and green tomatoes. I love them fried, but also chopped up in beef and goulash type dishes.

And yes, natural peanut butter, and any good chocolate. Oh, and most any nuts. and blue cheese

I drank Mt Dew for 20 years before giving it up this summer.

For the past six years, I've had trail mix every day. Equal parts raisins, m&ms, walnuts and salted, roasted almonds. Wow. I carry it with me every single day.

JourneyFan, I worked at a Nabisco factory for a year, right after I graduated from high school. Chicken in a Biskit crackers, fresh and hot, from the oven are amazing.

Ooh, that sounds good!

All growing up, my grandpa was a salesman for Nabisco. Their laundry room had shelves of Nabisco products and they always sent us home with a few boxes - Triscuit, Nutter Butters, Ritz, etc. Nilla Wafers were another favorite but I don't eat sweets anymore. So that's how long I've been eating Chicken in a Biskit. Reminds me of my grandpa every time

Thanks! He's a keeper It's been 20 years now and he hasn't missed a year. We get a full bushel and the shipping ends up being more than the crabs since they have to be overnighted. Dh doesn't even like them so it's not like there is anything in it for him - he just steams and serves. It's the best dinner of the year!

I have always loved pancakes and still do to this day. One summer my grandmother stayed with us for a month. After the first week of asking what we wanted for lunch (the answer was always pancakes!) she had them ready to be eaten when we came home from school for our lunch break.
