Howdy, foggy Saturday here in Ohio... but my bird songs continue.

Nylene, glad you are progressing in strength... have fun with the grands..I have 5 busy ones so I am tickled every which way, when I get to spend time with them. Some are in college, others so busy with their jobs and all that stuff that life includes. They all manage to visit when they can...

Bff lunch was divine... good food, laughter and friendship.. renews me. Marsha, the hostess this time, had her house all "greened" up and it looked so festive. She served a delicious Italian wedding soup as one of her courses and it was super good. Next month is at Kathy's then I will take a turn in May... hopefully good weather will be here and we will dine in the gazebo..

Kelly,so glad that Ron is enjoying his job.. not so bad when it is fun..
He also is so supportive to you, I'd say,he's a "keeper"

Well, I put fresh peanuts in the shell out for the blue jays,so I must go to the sunroom to watch them eat.

Here's a big wave to all of you and a wish for a nice week-end too.

Soon come pam

Just a quick stop to post two layouts I did today for my new class. We blended numerous photos and both pages have extractions. There are several coloring techniques and word art techniques also. I will be back later to catch up on the chat!!!!

I'm so frustrated. I finally got around to installing PSE11 and I can't get it to open. Waiting to talk to a support person but it's an half hour wait. Cross fingers and hope they can resolve the issue. I wanted to scrap today but am running out of time and patience.

Happy St. Patty's day to all my Two Peas family!!! Hope you all have a lucky day!!! I have my corned beef simmering on the stove! I will be masking reubens for dinner with my corned beef, leaving the sauerkraut off of mine! I really miss eating foods like that, but someday! Hope to be scrapping again today.

Debi-did you get your PSE 11 working yet? You also have peamail.

Pam-sounds like you had a wonderful day with friends and family yesterday. You are very lucky to have both around and keep you out of trouble LOL

Nylene-so glad to hear your health is coming along-just take it easy and go slowly so you don't relapse.

Waving a big hi to everyone, see you later today!

The simple answer is NO! PSE11 is still not working. I spent over 5 hours yesterday with live CHAT and it still won't load properly. I have to wait til Monday to talk to a tech expert. Even trying to download from their website didn't work. Something is wonky with my laptop that is preventin the software to launch....GRRR!

So I'm going to start some cornbeef in the crockpot, and then visit my mom for St Paddy's day and a quick trip to the casino hoping my luck there will be much better than with my laptop.

HAPPY ST PATRICK'S DAY! DON'T YOU BE FORGETTIN TO WEAR THE GREEN

CINDY thanks for the peamail. Looks like an awesome class.

Happy St Patrick's Day! I hope you all enjoy your day.

DS and his traveling party are back on land. They did have some incidents on their ship that caused them not to visit one of their ports of call. But it sounds like all in all they had a great time!

Off to my scrap desk until it's time to get shamrock shakes in a while. Enjoy your day!

HAPPY ST. PATTY'S DAY ALL!

Morning All, Hope everyone is having a great day. No corned beef here just the cabbage. Too expensive for one person. I may go out and have it for dinner. However, this is one of those stay home in jammies day. The wind is really whipping outside.

Just got some great news I thought I'd share. Linda is going to Hawaii in January/Feb. Just solidified the plans yesterday. 4 women and NO men. It ought to be a blast. My bff from CA will be going with me, and Wanda and her bff. Say it out load FUN Fun Fun!!!! When it's snowing and ice and nasty weather here, it will be sunny and a warm 75+ there.
Anyway, just had to share that.

Val - Prayers for you gf. Been there, done that, so I know what you're going through, and it's no fun.

Cindy - Loving your digital pages. Wish I knew how to do digital. I am so technically challenged. I got a new camera 10 months ago and just took it out of the box on Friday...Guess what? It's pink too, teehee. Nikon 1.

Hope everyone else is having fun. Life's too short to be serious. Take Care.

Happy St. Patrick's Day!

We had a traditional corned beef dinner with my mom, uncle and cousins. So much fun to spend time with them.

And thanks for the very nice welcome to the group. I'm Christi and I live in Massachusetts. I'm married with no kids. We have 2 dogs but I don't really scrap them. I've been scrapping since 2000 after a trip to Disney. I haven't been scrapping that much in the last year. I've been making more cards and crafty projects. I haven't been sharing online layouts in a long time. I've missed it. I love doing challenges to keep me inspired. This year I hope to print more photos and make more layouts.

NYLENE - I can't believe you have some of my pages bookmarked. That's really neat.

DEBIKINS - I am a paper scrapper. I did digiscrap for my December 2011 album. I loved how it turned out. That CTL+Z button rocks! But I have way too much paper to make a full switch.

PAM way ahead of you. Firewalls and antivirus software was disabled before trying to install. I even ran a Microsoft fix-it designed for when registry gets corrupted and prevents installing/uninstalling programs and it came up empty (no problems detected)....Tomorrow is really busy so don't know if I will have time to try Adobe tech support or not. I just want to scrap. Is that too much to ask?

As for the casino, our luck wasn't any better there than with my laptop. Oh well, at least it was a couple hours out of the house.

however the cornbeef, cabbage and stewed vegetables came out delicious! And it was nice to come home and have dinner all ready. Yum!

LINDA Hooray for HAWAII plans! I love Hawaii but haven't been since 2008. You 4 will have a blast! What island are you going to ?

Now back to my laptop to see what else might be preventing the PSE11 software from installing.

Good morning Peas! Hope you had a great St. Paddy's day. My reubens were delish! -Would have been better if they would have had sauerkraut! I did not make them 6 inches tall either! Even though I would of loved to! We have freezing rain this morning-ugh. Glad I do not have to go out.

Christi-I have to go check out your gallery-sounds like I am missing some good stuff. So glad you have joined our little group. You will love it here

Linda-so glad to hear about your trip. I know you will have a great time! I know Wanda did when she went a few years ago and Hawaii is sure a beautiful place. I would love to see the whales. Did not see any when we went to the Jersey shore. We want Pictures!!!!!

Debi-sorry your computer is still giving you fits. I sent you a peamail with a problem my DH had just in case. Your dinner sounded yummy and glad you got out to do something different yesterday.

Jen-so glad to hear your son is back on land and will be home soon. Hope you are feeling better and that you get some info on your problem soon.

Need to hear from Nylene, Kelly, Maribeth, Sarah, Angi-where are you???? Be back later.

Afternoon girls,drips,ice,red-wings and Monday morning here!!

Just a quickie to start the week.... Linda, could you please tell Wanda that I said hi and would love to hear from her. I believe she has turned into a grandmother since I last spoke to her!!

Lots going on here today, laundry, cooking, photography, downloading, shopping, some cleaning and thoughts of spring plans. Only thing crossing my path is heel and foot pain and that is an on-going issue. I am almost sooo sick of it,seeing the Dr. will probably result in yet another surgery. yuck......

No sign of Sylvester, but his bowls are washed and ready and his little bed is waiting.....

I had an am,while still in bed idea for a new album that I may start, maybe call it matches.... photos of things in my life that match or make good pairs... We will see.

Hello to all, have a great start to the week with renewal Monday...Soon Come pam

Hey y'all! We had a nice weekend celebration my dh's birthday. I made a good dinner for Friday night. I told you all I wrote a super hero story for him. I was so excited to give to him and he LOVED it. I love that he is still a kid at heart. LOL!

Today I made his card carrying on the super hero theme. Also, I did try to draw the hero and it turned out cool. So I know he will be surprised and enjoy his birthday tonight. I will share some of these too.

Pam- Yes, he is a keeper!

Nylene- I hope you are feeling better and better.

Waving hi to everyone and wishing you a restful evening!

I bought some new supplies on the digi store in anticipation of it closing or changing...or whatever is going on. I was playing around with brushes in PSE--something I've never used before. I didn't have anything in mind but started slapping some pictures on top of the paper I was creating.
Here's the result.

September 2011 (Instagram)

I'm not loving it. Sort of hate it. Do you ever feel that way about a page?

Kelly-glad DH's birthday went well.

Debi-any luck yet?

Christi-Welcome! I am married with 2 children. My oldest is in Kindergarten. I am Nylene's daughter--the only one of her children that lives far away. We are in California Bay Area. I'm 100% digi scrapper because I can't have paper supplies out around my kids. Besides, my hard drive holds a lot more supplies than my apartment can! Occasionally I make cards but it's been awhile.

Time to stop ignoring my children.

I just want to cry...can't get PSE11 to load. Well it appears to load but it won't open. I've spent hours ( I mean hours--more than 8 so far) with adobe live chat and trying to install this software every which way. I've cleaned my computer, ran virus checks, cleaned and repaired the registry, manually removed PSE7, installed from disc, from desktop, from website download...same result every time. Gets to the end as normal, but leaves no way to access the program and when I try the shortcuts all I get is the organizer asking if I agree to licensing terms over and over no matter how many times I type yes. It should not be this hard!

No there has been no Adobe updates I can find. Problems all go back to 3/6 with an automatic Windows update. Grrrr!

I'm tired of fighting the computer when all I really want and should be able to do is install, and start the software.

Debi I just sent you a peamail. My DH"s computer would not even open IE and they uninstalled the update and re-installed it. I know how frustrated you are as I was online with support and they just told me a thing to try and hung up on me. Please take a few deep breaths and maybe wait until tomorrow but try what I sent you tomorrow.

Good morning from windy, cold, snowy still winter weather Ohio

Toe chilling Tuesday it is..... oh where oh where is spring?? The birds are singing and it is sunny,I am trying to look on the bright side, lol.

I am itching to get a new lens for my camera,I have been contemplating for several months. I have four, one of which I do not use or like so for my birthday,it could happen.I am doing the comparisons and I think I have made a good decision. Can't wait to order it....

Today will be a do what I want day,I have a lot of those... I am still jabbing at cleaning and purging..It is so funny,I bought this magazine with lots of decor ideas and it has me spinning.

Kelly,I did not receive that weather yet... could you check again and make sure that you sent it. How's your painting coming? I just loved that one with the pink flowers,so artistic..

Nylene, are you still improving each day? Make sure to rest and stay away from large enclosed groups of people amap.

Well, sort of a blah blah post but hope you all have a good day with lots of smiles.. Soon Come pam

The SAGA continues...2 hours with online support at Microsoft this morning and we are still back at step 1...PSE11 loads (looks right) but won't open, only gives me a repeating licensing page agreement for organizer over and over and over.

I have level2 Microsoft support calling me this afternoon...will this ever get resolved?

I may never scrap again!

PSE11 has OPENED. Having some issues with not being able to drag and drop items into it, nor being able to turn off layers but I'll keep working at it. THe problem was a bad cache file. Only took 10 hours/4reps (3 from Adobe and 1 from Microsoft) to solve the problem. Grrr!

So here is a very quick LO just to get my feet wet again.

Debi-If you want to turn off layers, go to windows drop-down, scroll down to layers and remove the check mark. There is a very small box in the upper right hand corner of the layers palette and you can click on that and there are numerous choices for various looks to that palette.

Thanks Cindy but that wasn't the issue, which I now have fixed. The issue was the eye icon when clicked in front of a layer wouldn't turn it off. It now works. Can I just say, "what did I do to lose my PSE7 so randomly?" I will adjust but I may not go quietly. LOL

Just stopped by for a minute as I take a quick break. I finally got all the pieces of my sweater crocheted and now I am sewing the pieces together! Then I have to do an edging around the neckline and then will be finished! I hope it comes out alright!!!

Debi-glad you have things under control again. That is sooooo frustrating!

Cindy can't wait to see your new sweater. You are multi-talented.

Here's another layout from me. Just playing with extractions and blending. Not perfect but I've played enough with these sets of photos.

Cindy, I'm so sorry that after all that work your sweater doesn't fit. How sad. Be sure to take a photo to show us anyway.

Debi, did you notice that I DID NOT offer you any SUGGESTIONS on getting your computer to work!! I'd have thrown the thing! I go nuts when sometimes my mouse quits working!

Linda, I'm so excited for you and Wanda going to Hawaii. I know you will love it. I hope you have a wonderful time with your friends.

Kelly, sounds like Ron was really impressed with your ideas for his birthday. Not only are you artistically talented, you are also every imaginative too. Glad you had fun.

I cannot seem to get rid of this sinus headache. I'm giving it til weekend, and then I'm going back in to the Dr. I can't seem to get my energy back. Tonight is the Pinewood Derby and tomorrow we have to deliver 150 Scouting for Food bags. It's Card Club tomorrow night, but my cards are already made, so I hope I'll feel like going.

I posted a card yesterday, but I have 2 more and a page to post. I'll do
those later today if I can.

With Love card

Waving to all of you. I'll come back and chat later when my Cub responsibilies are done. BTW, when my granddaughters came last Friday, they wanted to earn $, so they scrubbed all my baseboards for me. Wow, was that ever worth it!! They use a spray bottle and toothbrush and do a great job.

I finished another page! It came together really quickly and easily. It might be record time for me. And better yet, I like it too. I really needed to shake off that last page that I really didn't like. I was trying way to hard on that one. I feel better after this one.

Oakland Zoo

Cindy-Congrats on finishing the sweater! How sad to put all the work into it and realize it's the wrong size. Someone will be very happy to receive it! I can't wait to see it.

Debi-So glad to see you're posting pages again.

Mom-We are all very excited for you and the fam to visit. You've got to get feeling better! Hey, maybe I can talk those girls into cleaning my baseboards too! I pay!

Linda-Hawaii! So exciting. Get that camera ready so we can go vicariously through you.

Pam-Congrats on the new lens. Does it do something in particular? You get such nice nature shots!

Happy Scrapping Everyone!

NYLENE you crack me up. First you suggest I have Octuplets (and to be brutally honest, unless I was the first, it wouldn't be worth it) then you tell me you'd thrown in the towel and out the computer if you had to deal with the electronic jungle I just wacked my way through this week and now you tell me your dgd's scrubbed all your baseboards. Send them to my house, I'll pay them to do mine.

ANGIE sometimes the easier pages are simply more pleasing. I know it seems whenever I just knock one out quickly (sometimes in one of those 1 hour speedscraps where you have NO time to plan or be indecisive) and it ends up being people's favorite page of mine. Then I spend hours on a page thinking it's pretty awesome and nary a comment. Very fickle business, art is.

OK I'm wasting time right now. The wind is blowing everything around. So happy the boys DON'T have frisbee after school today. We've already lost both of their front teeth due to the game, no need for a repeat performance. Frisbees and wind are not a good combination.

I'm so happy I can scrap now but I don't know what to scrap. Just downloaded a free bloghop kit so maybe I'll work with that. Although I much prefer to start with photos then do the page, rather than start with product and try to fit photos.

Hey ladies! I hope your day has been beautiful. Here are the things I made for my dh's birthday. I enjoyed it all and so did he. He love green and super hero's so I knew it would be a hit. I am really proud of the picture I drew of Careerman. I haven't had a lot of practice drawing heros so this was a fun challenge. We have a drawing book and I tried to draw an image in there free hand and did it. So cool! I also shared a little bit of the story I wrote. Hope you enjoy it!

Super Hero Bday

Nylene- Oh, I hope you feel better. Hopefully Spring weather will show up soon. Sending you some hugs!

Cindy- Oh, your sweater sounds fabulous! I can't wait to see it. Maybe I will pick up my crocheting this week. You're one talented mama!

Pam- I don't know what happened to my sunshine package for you. I hope it comes soon.

Debi- I am glad your computer problems are fixed. I really know what that is like. SO crazy!

Linda- Hawaii, wow! What a fun trip you will have. Aloha!

Just stopped in to say hi. I find myself on an energy high after finishing a scrapbook page that I love. It lasts about 24 hours so today I cleaned my bathroom and actually played with my son at the park instead of sitting on the bench. Good day. Now I think it's time to scrap again.

I went to our Pokey Peas Gallery page and saw tons of layouts I've missed. Amy, how have I missed all of yours this month? And some I found myself loving all over again. Thanks for posting--it's inspiring. Here's a link to that page if anyone else wants to see us all grouped together. You might find you've missed some too.

Angie,I have enjoyed your sweet pages, those children are so cute. I can only imagine your days. No,my new lens does not do anything special,it's all up to me and some good ole luck,I will let you know if I like it.

Cindy,I can't believe how much Maggie and Bobby have grown this year. It's partly that good old Ohio up-bringing!!

Nylene, hoping your strength improves,I felt the same way... seems like it took forever to bounce back.Although, bounce might be the wrong choice of words.

Errands today, some cleaning,(minimal) I should say.. court room is dark, lol. and then I am going to SCRAP. DS # 3 is going to help me repair bird houses, they are looking for their homes and they want upgrades, lol!

Good morning Pokey Peas! Woke up to it snowing...yep in Seattle. Who expected that this late in the season? Not sticking here but just a few miles north at my mom's, she has accumulated over 2 inches so far and is in a winter wonderland of big flakes falling.

CINDY you are NEVER behind when it comes to scrapping...well unless you haven't done your assignments yet...LOL

ANGIE I think we miss LOs sometimes because not everyone links them to the thread. Good idea to check the Pokey gallery, I always forget that's an option.

KELLY I think sending that good weather may have backfired. We're getting snow NOT sun here...hmmm

PAM I like the idea of upgrading Bird Houses...

LINDA to watch a thread, click on the arrow next to the REPLY button (at the top) and select WATCH THIS THREAD. easy peasy. Hope you can snag a nap today.

Ok nothing PLANNED but lots to do. First I'm going to scrap a page for my CT. Been unable to with all the computer /software issues so now that I'm up and running, I'd best be scrapping. And BTW PSE11 hasn't slowed me down...and I love how easy it is to install Styles and Actions. WhooHoo!

It is a nice Friday here in Cali. I hope you al are having a good day. I am hoping to try a new recipe today. It is lemon cookies and they are made with cake mix. I'll let you know how they turn out.

So glad Spring is here. It is my fav season. This weather makes me want to frolic through fields of flowers and sing and dance. Who is with me?

Pam/Debi- Sounds my sunshine hasn't arrived yet. Well, I will enjoy it for you all until it comes.

Angie- Boy, you are on a nice scrappin' roll. Good for you.

Linda- Did you count sheep? I hope you get some great sleep soon. I hate it when I haven't had enough sleep. Hang in there!

Pam- Oh, you asked me about my painting. I have played around with my paints this week. I just want to learn some new things so I can paint more. I like teaching myself by watching YouTube videos so maybe I will check out some soon.

Debi, I still need to check out the digital sale. I bet that is also going to include some of the actions I have been wanting. I have been having issues with my wifi at home and having been online very much.

Bawzie, I work night shift from 7pm-7am, 3 days a week. I tend to sleep better in the day time now and have a hard time staying awake during the day. If I do stay awake, I am going to bed early! Then I only sleep about 5 hours. I like staying up late and sleeping in a little but that rarely happens anymore. It can be difficult at times but I have been working nights for 12 years and actually prefer it.

Val, I am sorry to hear about your brother. (((hugs)))

Christi, Welcome to the Pokey Peas!

I am at a crop in Joplin, MO with some friends. We got lots of snow yesterday so I was glad the roads were clear enough to make my trip. I had the check engine light come on yesterday so I made a stop at the dealership to make sure it was safe to drive that far. I have an oxygen sensor that is going out but thankfully, it will be covered under my extended warranty I bought. It would be $480 but I only have to pay $25! I will hopefully get that fixed on Monday if the part arrives. I get my new dishwasher installed on Tuesday and I am ready!

I dropped my pug, Phoebe, off at the vets for dentistry and to get a cyst removed. I asked them to call me when she was done. They call me and they had to pull 6 teeth!! She had dentistry once before and they found that the middle of her jaw didn't fuse. Her bottom teeth were loose, so he ended up pulling the bottom 4 teeth. She also had some teeth that was infected and had some drainage. I had no clue!! I felt bad and now she is on antibiotics to clear up the infection. Poor pup. Thankfully, her cyst was a sebaceous cyst and nothing serious.

I should get busy and get to scrapping! Talk later!

Good morning everyone, I hope this Saturday is finding everyone well, happy and scrappy. I have been reading your posts and checked out some of the pages, but need to check out all of them. Thank you Angie for the link to the Pokey Pea Page that will help a lot to see them all in one place.

MARIBETH this Saturday finds me a bit tired as I stayed up til after 3 a.m. watching the last of a tv series "the gifted man"--not sure if it was continued or if this is it but I watched Season 1 on Netflix.

Now I'm up and ready to get breakfast and do a little power (crisis cleaning). My bedroom is in bad shape and I realize until I get it cleaned out, it's hard to keep the rest of the house clean or motivate my boys to keep their room clean. Not really a DO as I say NOT as I do kind of role model, so it's time to clean up my act (well my room). it has become the refuge area for all things without a home...time to end that...of course I do have a big backup refuge area in the basement that needs a huge haulover too. one day at a time, 15 minutes at a time.

Kids have their first ultimate frisbee game tonight at 6:45 p.m. No word yet whether ex will take them (they are at his house) or whether I have to retrieve them and take them or whether he won't allow them to go. Probably a 10:50:40 percent chance on each of the possibilities. Waiting for a call...and he will likely make me wait til the bitter end as that's his way of "controlling me" and preventing me from making plans for my "free-without kids" weekend. He wouldn't give me an answer last night when he picked them up. The joys of being divorced and co-parenting (I say the latter with clenched teeth). So I did last night what I had planned on doing tonight, just in case I need to be available to transport kids to/from their dad's house and their game.

Have a great Saturday.

Good afternoon ladies. I hope everyone had a wonderful say. We have had high winds all day and the tumbleweeds have been flying across my yard. We got a few things done in the RV before it was too windy to haul things out there. I have scraped a few pages (photos on order) and finally uploaded the pages I did earlier this month.

Eating Mouse Ears
Another page for the Churches Project
Three pages for the Abandonded Places Project
Three pages for the Schoolhouses Project

Have a wonderful evening everyone, I either have a head cold or suddenly allergies(I have never had allergies before??) but have been battling this for a week. So I think I will head to bed (the couch is my bed when I am sick) Hopefully I will wake up feeling better and full of energy. Hoping for less wind so we can get packed up for our trip next weekend.

I am so irritated! Because all the white space of the "new" site kills my eyes after about 7 minutes, I have had my SIL put a filter on my screen for 2peas only. The only problem is that the links to layouts don't show up underlined, or in another color, so I have to really hunt for them. I usually just go to the Pokey Pea Challenge blog, that Angie posted above and praise from there.

Today I have time to catch up and when I click on your layouts, it takes me to the store! I have sent in a ticket, but it's weekend, so I probably won't hear back. I will try to catch them all in the comments, but if I miss you, I'll catch you when they fix the bug.

Maribeth, you asked about the sunburst idea I used on Tyler's layout. Here is the link to the video about how to do it. I first loved it on Emily's layout and then saw the tutorial. Sunburst tutorial. BTW, I hope you just have allergies and not the awful sinus stuff going around here. It's been over 4 weeks and I am just getting back to normal.

Kelly and Angie, how I envy you your weather. We woke up to 3 inches of snow this morning. Hopefully it's going to get better near the end of the week.

Debi, I knew you'd figure it out because you couldn't stand not scrapping! So glad it worked out, but I'm sorry it took so long. I'm sure you appreciate it even more. How did the Ultimate dilemma come out?

Cindy and Pam, it sounds like you still have winter there, too. I love seeing your bird photos, but can't wait to see the flowers as they begin to appear. You both take such great floral photos.

Jen, is your DS safely home in the nest again? I hope he had a great time. How are you feeling? Any news on a "fix" for you?

Linda, I wish I could send you some sleep. I've been sleeping 8-9 hours at night and fall asleep in the early afternoon for several hours. I think it's from the sickness...but could just be old age!

Jana, your sleep schedule would drive me nuts. I'm sure you get used to it, but my body hates changing time for Daylight savings. Has your kitty realized the food bowl has been moved yet? I have to laugh at how much pets are like people...on autopilot half the time! So sorry to hear about Phoebe's dental woes. Is she doing ok?

We are planning a Spring Break trip to see Angie and her family. I can hardly wait to get out of the cold and into Calif for a while. I will probably post the April thread a little early, but don't be concerned if you don't hear from me. Angie's computer is a Mac and I can't make it work!(user error of course)

I'll try to catch up on praise when the site is more cooperative.
Waving to everyone.

Nylene, Felix is doing better with his food dish in the new spot. He still wants to hang out & watch me from his old spot. I get to pick Phoebe up on Monday & I am looking forward to it. Since staff only come in twice a day on the weekends, I haven't gotten any updates. I am sure if something wasn't right, they would call me.

I am tired & not being productive at the crop @ the moment. I could easily go to bed but way to early!

MARIBETH you did a LOT more than a FEW pages...geesh girl, you are on a role.

NYLENE not sure how I missed this little fact, but I thought you and ANGIE lived near each other. Didn't realize you didn't.

Ex decided to take the boys to their game. I'm sure the sunshine (albeit it started getting cold by game time at 6:45) helped him be more cooperative than usual. The game was swift taking only 40 minutes compared to the 1 1/2 hr it is allotted. the other team was good and beat our team 11-2. But the boys were having a good time. The whole team seem to be having a good time and the VARSITY team definitely is a better fit for them. I'm glad they got promoted. Ex hasn't informed me about the other weekend games that land on his time...I gave him some proposed trades but we'll see what he decides.'I'm trying not to stress out about it as I have no control over what he does.

I feel pretty comfortable already with PSE11; just haven't a lot to scrap at the moment and more house projects needing my attention.

Somehow my decluttering efforts has created abit more mess...hmmmm. GUess I'll have to wrap that up tomorrow.

Hi everyone! I've missed you all. Hope you are doing well.

Did I go MIA in February? I don't even remember. I tried to access the 2peas site last weekend (?) but was having "severe error" issues with the website. Boo! My apologies if I've missed anyone but it took me forever to just get through the first page but I'm pretty sure I'm caught up on info and praise (for page one). Yay! Everyone's layouts look amazing.

Nylene - as always, thank you for being so diligent and making sure the thread is up every month (even if I'm not on it consistently). Hoping you are feeling better.

Angie - thank you for the shout out. Warmed my heart and put a smile on my face that you mentioned me.

Linda - I love your cards! A Stampin' Up party - how fun! Hope it went well. And by the way, your tagline (not sure what it's called) made me laugh. That's how I feel too!

Jenn - glad to hear you got a diagnosis. Hopefully, it's manageable and not causing too much distress to your health or your life. You are in my thoughts, my friend.

Kelly - how awesome that Leeza responded to you! You must scrap that!

Cindy - I am loving all your projects. Thanks for giving us a peek into your crochet projects too. Beautiful!

Jessie - hi! Congrats on your little one's birthday! I'm glad I'm not the only one that pops in from time to time to say hello.

Debi - howdy! Just fyi - I think it was Pam that asked the numbers question, but I'm glad you remembered my name. At least I know I won't be forgotten if I'm gone for awhile. Btw, I hope I later read that you won that ebay auction. I never had much luck. Whenever I wanted something, I always seemed to pay WAY too much. I used to get carried away with the bidding aspect of it, I guess. And any maximum price I was willing to pay went out the window. lol

Pam - I know what you mean. I feel like I haven't really been very productive. Dare I admit this on 2peas and put it out in cyberspace? I only put away our Christmas tree 2 weeks ago. I have just been busy at work and so tired when I get home. I went to a crop today with several friends and got a few pages done. Otherwise, I feel like I've been in a rut.

Amy - love all your layouts. You have been busy! I didn't feel overloaded seeing all your projects - I enjoyed looking at them. Keep them coming!

Maribeth - I enjoyed looking at your layouts. Oh, and I too was a little surprised by the TOU statements that were posted earlier in the month but I guess I shouldn't have been. 2peas is a store/business after all. The site has always seem pretty relaxed about this policy so I think it came as a shock to some. I don't really have a problem with it so I'll continue to support 2peas. Hope you feel the same.

Well, it's been a LONG day so off to bed I go. I'm going to try to get some exercise with Brady, my dog, in the morning and then off to visit my sister. Will TRY to come back tomorrow and catch up on page 2. Enjoy your weekend, everyone!

Good Sunday morning to everyone. I hope this day finds you all well and enjoying whatever it is you plan to do today. If the weather is better here than it was yesterday, I will probably be loading the RV getting ready for our weekend RV trip next weekend. I have projects loaded already so I can scrap while I am away. I love that, it is so relaxing after some hiking and site seeing during the day, I cuddle up at the dinette with some soft relaxing music and put some pages together. I am also taking my greeting card project where I am adhering greeting cards in an old magnetic style album where I have removed the plastic covering, covered the cardboard page with paper and then mount the card on top of that. It works well to keep them neat and organized. I have tons to do though and I will need to be purchasing more albums soon.

Nylene - thank you for the link to the tutorial, I have been wanting to do one of these pages for a very long time. You and Angie enjoy your visit, I am sure you will, I will miss you on the board though so selfishly I say hurry back.

Debi - glad the boys had a good time at their game, and glad the ex was cooperative. When my boys were little, my ex was not around (thank goodness) so I did not have the stress of co-parenting which I am actually glad of even though it was tough being a single parent. It appears you handle this situation very well, keeping your cool, I applaud you for that.

Angie - I am sure you are looking forward to seeing your mom. Have a wonderful visit, and be sure you too ladies photograph the visit and make some pages to share with us here at the Pokey Peas.

Emily - I had overlooked the starburst page that you made which was the inspiration for Nylene's page. I went back and looked at it, and it is just wonderful. I am so hoping to create something like this. Keep your fingers crossed.

Anne - You have been missed, but life does happen, glad you had a chance to pop back in and hope there is more time for you to post soon. Yes I am still around even with the new emphasis on TOU. I am mostly staying with the Pokey Peas thread where the emphasis is on encouraging, and creating. This is a feel good thread.

Hello to everyone else - Cindy, Kelly, Pam, Jen, Amy, Linda, Jana, and Christie. Hope I did not forget anyone, so sorry if I did and please point out so I don't in the future.

Everyone have a wonderful and blessed day!
