We are going up to Chicago, about 3 hours away from us, and will stop and get something on the way up there.

I know we are eating at Maggiano's Saturday evening, and Sunday when we return home I'll lay out a loaf of bread, some lunchmeat, and 'fixins'. Too tired to cook that night!

Chicken Parmesan. I have a bunch of leftover homemade spaghetti sauce I want to use up. I'll be serving asparagus and garlic bread on the side.

I'm back home and DD isn't cooking for me so I haven't got a clue. I'll probably meet some friends at the bar later and order food from the restaurant across the street. They deliver it to us at the bar

It's lent, so roasted potato soup and crusty French bread.

probably pizza or some type of take out. The girls are going to a birthday party tonight, and I thought DH & I could go out for dinner, but I'm irritated at him and in a funk, so I think I'm staying in.

Chili over a baked potato. DD is having ground beef (doesn't like chili) and a bagel with cheese.

Not the healthiest meal but I'm not feeling well and don't want to cook.

I love these threads....my family and I have always enjoyed cooking and TALKING about food!

GrammarGirl....I first made "lasagne" with thin zucchini strips instead of traditional noodles quite a while ago, and it was YUMMY! Then I made it again recently---*this* time, hubby nicely said "Um....next time, could you use regular noodles?" Funny how he noticed the second time, but not the first.
