We are going up to Chicago, about 3 hours away from us, and will stop and get something on the way up there.
I know we are eating at Maggiano's Saturday evening, and Sunday when we return home I'll lay out a loaf of bread, some lunchmeat, and 'fixins'. Too tired to cook that night! |

Chicken Parmesan. I have a bunch of leftover homemade spaghetti sauce I want to use up. I'll be serving asparagus and garlic bread on the side. |

I'm back home and DD isn't cooking for me so I haven't got a clue. I'll probably meet some friends at the bar later and order food from the restaurant across the street. They deliver it to us at the bar

I love these threads....my family and I have always enjoyed cooking and TALKING about food!
GrammarGirl....I first made "lasagne" with thin zucchini strips instead of traditional noodles quite a while ago, and it was YUMMY! Then I made it again recently---*this* time, hubby nicely said "Um....next time, could you use regular noodles?" Funny how he noticed the second time, but not the first. | |
