Has anyone had any problems communicating with Oh My Crafts, or really any issues with them period?

Oh My Crafts is legendary for their poor service. I have not personally had the displeasure but I am sure you will hear from a lot of others who have.

Try doing a forum search for them this past month....I know I have seen a few threads, all with problems!

I've ordered from them a few times, but it was last year or before that. I bought my Cameo from them, as well as other stuff and had NO problems, but a friend ordered a Cameo this summer and STILL had not received it in January,so she cancelled and got it within a week from Amazon!

Add me to the list of people who won't order from them again. They had great prices, but shipped my order on their own sweet time, and it was incomplete.

When I emailed to ask about the rest, I got no answer. I emailed several times as that's the only option on their site.

What finally got their attention was me filing a PayPal dispute against them. Then they claimed they had "sent me email asking what to do re: the backordered items", which they did not. (I do check my spam folders, lady.)

Oddly enough, the mysteriously backordered items were in stock in time for them to send just before I had to file the claim to get my money back.

They have great prices, but I don't need the hassle.

I have had great success with them in the past. But, I did have one slow shipping issue before. They also are Cartridge and More and they shipped my Cricut Cart out very fast recently.

I have purchased numerous Cricut cartridges from them through Ebay auctions in the past and have never had a lick of trouble. I have never ordered directly through them, though.

Sometimes they sell a bundle or product in advance and will tell you that it won't ship for six weeks. I can live with that policy.

But yah, they aren't consistent with shipping even when the product doesn't have that warning. I bought a deal from them last October for a Christmas gift and barely received it in time for our Christmas Eve gift exchange. It was a Lucky 8 punch, and they even screwed up by putting two in the package and charging me for just one.

That's when I learned you can't get a response out of them when it's in their favor, either.

They have had my cash for over two months, they are no longer replying to my emails. 10 Days ago I got an email they were starting to process my order, but it has not shipped - and I can't get an answer on the phone nor any email reply to find out where it is.
It's very telling - as you wait on the phone (for it to just cut you off), they keep talking about they are working hard to get deliveries out. There is also things mentioned on the website about doing the best they can to get deliveries out...... their best is not good at all.

I have seen bad threads, but I ordered from them with no issues. It is definitely hit or miss.

I am never ordering from them again. It is too hit or miss for me. I don't want to wonder if I will have a problem this time or not. Now they are ignoring my requests for a refund of a fee that Paypal charged me when they refunded my money for an item which was no longer available.

I have only had one bad experience with them. Despite that incident, I did make three more orders since. I have gotten 2 of the three in a timely manner. The third wasn't to ship until mid March anyways. We shall see how long that one takes. Otherwise, I have always had a great experience with them.
