I live in Canada and currently get my photos done at Walmart.

I was thinking of trying Costco for most and persnickety... Any suggestions?

I use Mpix. Love them. Great quality, and they ship fairly quickly.

Uruvero, do they do odd sizes like 8x8 or 12x12?

Usually I use the collage feature and get various sized prints. But they do 8x10 and 12x18, you would have to then just trim.
Photo sheet or Picasa is what I use to get many prints on a large sheet then just trim. It's the best option I've found so far.
Persnickety prints sounds interesting though, not sure how much they charge to ship to Canada.

I use Wal-Mart. I have been very satisfied with them. Tried Shutterfly once and was disappointed in the quality of the paper and color hues.

Does Costco have an online mail service? I need to check that out.

Persnickety, all the way. I've compared them side-by-side with mPix, and Persnickety came out better. They have all sorts of different sizes, too!

I use snapfish, and though I'v never used their pick-up service. I think you can pick up at Wal-Mart and other stores. They are having a sale right now!

I use Costco. They do have 12x12 and 8x8, but they are the same price as the 12x14(?) And 8x10 so I usually get the larger size and use PSE to fill in the extra space left over from the square photo. They do mail orders but I have never used that service.

I just purchased the Canon Selpy CP900 and love using that. Before my little printer, I used Persnickety Prints. Great quality and fun sizes.
