Has anyone been to the silhoette store today. When you click on a file, there are 3 "poll" type questions associated with each item. Has anyone noticed these? The questions are different for each item. I wonder what they plan to use the answers for. Maybe tagging, based on the types of questions? It's and interesting concept tho.

I just went to the Silhouette Store and bought several items, but did not get any questions. Maybe they don't care what I think.

Did you get new items. I only noticed them in the new section, down at the bottom left. Not sure if they are added to anything other than this week's items.

Yes, I bought from the new releases and some of the weekly clearance. Just now went back and checked again. Still did not see any polls. I guess that they just don't have faith in my opinions.

Take heart. The poll is probably random.

I would love to seem them put together a gallery like Quickutz had with their dies.

I know that sells me on just about anything that I see, then I want it.

I noticed them over the weekend but not on every design that I looked at. I didn't answer any though...meant to but got sidetracked.

I wondered if it was a glitch and was meant for the designers to use in tagging their items.

If you do answer, it turns out to be more than three question. I didn't count but I bet it was probably around a dozen.

Yes, after you answer one question another pops up in it's place. I finally gave up after about a dozen questions or so.

From their newsletter e-mail yesterday:

"While you're in the Store, you'll notice some new features have been added. For example, you'll notice on each individual shape page there is a series of three random yes or no questions below the shape's image. By answering these questions, you're helping us to get a better idea of the designs you'll like and, in turn, we are better able to suggest shapes that you'll be interested in. The more you answer, the more reliable the results will be."
