Sorry if this is already mentioned, but what's up with the lack/total absence of any product information lately?
I was looking at the Webster's Pages/Allison Kreft line and there is no info.
Could we get some better product details/descriptions? How many feet/yards of washi per roll, etc? How many patterns of each bag do you get in the assortment?

I agree! I now just expect to have to Google the product name and find the information on the manufacturer website, or sometimes it comes up in another store listing first. It is tiresome, and I don't think providing online customers with accurate descriptions of the product should be something we need to ask for.

I have frequently made similar complaints about companies that don't even provide real photographs of the actual products, or the contents inside die cut packs. A digital mock up may be a good starting point, but it isn't the same as seeing what the product actually looks like in person.

This is one of the reasons I like to have product in hand (or at least have seen it in person). So disappointing to order something on-line and then not have it be what you envisioned.

Agree! There is usually a little (and I mean little) blurb under add, but not lately.

This is what I have been doing, and I agree that it is tiresome. I shouldn't have to open another tab to go look up basic information like the dimensions of an album.

I've noticed this too. I'd like to know how many little bags you get for $4.00 and if the album comes with page protectors.

I was shopping the two peas store today and noticed that too. Very disappointing.
So many things I had questions about and there was no description

Needless to say, none of it made it into my cart

I agree, I find this very frustrating. I want to know some details about a product before I order it.

I would think more information = more sales since I know I sometimes skip out in buying a product because it's not clear what comes in the package

If I am buying something online, it is very important that there is a detailed description along with the product. If there isn't, like many products here, I move on to another store who will tell me what I need to know.

I'm hoping the reason for this is because they are trying to get the product up on the site as soon as possible. We are all in such a tizzy about them getting it, they don't want to take even longer to do product descriptions, plus why put tons of information when the product has around a 6 month shelf life?

With that said, I agree with sizes on washi/ribbon that sort of stuff. Usually I can see on the package of embellishments how many are in it.

It looks like they are adding the products ASAP, then going back and putting in product descriptions. When I ordered a Studio Calico album last week, there was no product description, but now there is.

I agree! I ordered paper a few months ago that turned out to be pretty heavily textured. All of the papers I previously purchased from this manufacturer were smooth, and some but not all of the descriptions here did say "textured" so I assumed that because these didn't say textured they were not textured. Two Peas was nice enough to give me a credit and I've used the papers anyways, but I was definitely disappointed when I opened my package.

That makes sense, and I totally understand why they'd do that, but the products I referred to in my post above were papers that had already been on the market for several months.

I completely agree! Hate when it won't tell me the number of pieces of die cuts or size of an album. Sometimes I google and sometimes I get irritated and don't order. Have To be honest- so much has been irritating about shopping and posting here lately.

i do use product detail info to inform on my purchase decisions. it's important to me to know what is the size of the sticker sheet or stamp set, how tall are the alphas etc.
that said i love how 2peas show the pic of individual pieces of products like Studio Calico die-cut shapes or Amy Tangerine sticker book
