It's what I use to keep my husband's mouth shut when it's his turn to do the dishes and laundry. Sorry, I couldn't help it!

Well OP its a Japanese paper tape which is quite popular these days. It comes in different colors/patterns & quite fun to use.

It's paper tape. Not shiny. Many pretty patterns and its fairly inexpensive

And as paper tape, it lies flat on the layout, and is self-adhesive, and is wonderful for taking the place of ribbon, especially when you don't want the bulk or hassle of attaching it.
