Having problems.. it is tearing my paper when it changes direction(like the points of the star) I replaced the blade and it seems worse? ugh..pretty sure my settings are good, it was cutting before(same paper speed etc). I have cut alot of the same shape, tried flipping my mat around so it wouldn't be in a "rut". I am frustrated! oh and my speed is medium.
Suggestions?
Thanks!
Dana

Have you tried a new mat? I have had an old mat be the culprit in cutting issues. Good luck

It was a new mat, but I have cut quite a bit..making decorations and need alot of them. There was two in the pack, I will try the other one. I wondered if I put the blade in wrong?

sometimes paper lint gets up in there making it difficult for the blade to turn. Try taking the blade out and blowing into the hole.
