Does anyone print out their Pl cards at Walgreens or Costco? I could see how you could just upload them and pick them up. It definitely would save on ink at home.

I have done a couple cards that way. As long as you don't mind the glossy look, it works. I also do it for screen captures a lot.

I haven't tried it but it sounds like a good idea. Do they do the 3x4 size too?

I don't know if that is an option, but couldn't you put two of them together in Photoshop and then just print the two on a 4 x 6?

My local Walmart does a very nice job on photos, but they don't have an option to not adjust the photos. When I tried printing some cards, it seemed like they added a lot of contrast, and they didn't look like they did on screen.

I'm going to try Costco and mark the checkbox to tell them not to adjust anything.

I have done that at Walgreen's. I use Photosheet.

Mercy Tiara said on her blog that she uploads to office max or staples and the cardstock and ink they use is high grade. Might want to check there.

I just had midnight printed through snapfish. I made collages with the 3x4 cards in picasa and ended up getting them done in matte instead of glossy. They turned out great! I got 3 f each collage so it was a lot of trimming and a ridiculous amount of corner rounding, but they are gorgeous!

So I did a test print at walgreens.

The one on the left is from a jade kit, the one on the right I printed at walgreens. I think I like them glossy, the colors seem more vivid in real life. I was in a hurry and did not trim straight. Otherwise I think it looks good.

Dog lover - just the BH midnight core-kit. I wanted to test it out. Now that I know they turn out so well, I will probably get Kraft done as well.

I picked up project life cards from Costco today. I checked the "don't adjust" option and they came out much truer to what I saw on the screen compared to Walmart.
