Back with prompt two, I think I followed the LO more than the sketch but I do like it!

I am going to a friend's house to scrap tomorrow. I am hoping to get both NSD and Scrap Buster's Challenges done! Believe it or not, yesterday, May 2 we had about an inch of snow! Yikes! Fortunately it did not stick on the streets.

I just finished two pages. I am now leaving for work 9 hours this evening and 9 hours in the morning...(Boo... NSD falls during one of the busiest weekends for women's retail!, but the good news is I have made my April Bonus...so I will have more funds to support my habit.) I will be playing around tomorrow evening with the challenges here and at the creative crop at BPC. I already warned the kids that I was scrapbooking Saturday night and Sunday. I think they have arranged to spend the night and go bowling with their stepmother and little brothers...which is great because I will have the house to myself and they will get to spend some time with their family. They used to spend almost every weekend there while I worked but not so much since their father passed away and I know it is hard for them but they are missed by their little brothers, stepmom and aunt. Hopefully my daughter will take lots of photos for me!
One more Great This one is for the recipe prompt #4. The flowers are my third pattern paper I fussy cut them. It is also for Lilith's IN the mood to scrap to use floral paper(prompt #5).
ENJOY LIFE HERE TODAY This one is for Prompt 1: use arrows and Prompt 5: Glitter Girl Challenge.

I'm hoping to get some of these challenges done and posted - thanks for some great prompts Marianne! I'm going to take a few breaks throughout the day to love on some of these gallery layouts - looking forward to seeing what everyone is making!

I love all of the submissions so far, especially the Big Bench, Little Kids.

Awww, thank you! So sweet of you to say.

So on Wednesday I did three LOs but by the time I got to the embellishments at the end, I was feeling pretty brain dead and wasn't happy with the sparsity of embellishments. So, I went back the last few days and fixed them up and I'm much happier with them now. One was the So Thankful LO I posted for the challenges here - feel free to check out the new version.

I've done a new LO today, too. Need to photograph it tomorrow when there will be natural light and then share it. I used a lot of arrows so it will fit with prompt 1 and some of Shimelle's challenges. I also need to find the 2Peas challenges, too. See you tomorrow!

Wow, congrats on being posted to Shimelle's blog! I'm still wading through all of her posts but I'll be sure to give it a read through.

Got my LO from yesterday photographed and posted today (fits prompt 1 and some of the prompts from Shimelle's NSD challenges - not sure if those count as GG challenges? If so, the 4x6 photo and use spray mists):

Congrats Marianne, it was like seeing a personal friend up there!

I was quite busy on NSD, did a half marathon in the morning (walked it with my mum) in a time of 3:27, and that afternoon I scrapped one LO for LOAD which I'm doing, but I'm planning on putting them on 2peas too. Also spent quite a large chunk of change here, am def now a frozen pea! Will be back with more LO's soon!

In for prompts 1 & 2 on this one. I used a bunch of 6 x 6 sheets & spellbinders die for the hexagons. Used a sizzlets die for the seashell diecuts. Sea Side

Woohoo! Go Marianne! Congratulations!

I managed to get a whopping 2 NSD challenges done so far. The pictures are a bit washed out because for once we've had too much sun.

Here is a Philly LO I did called Love Park. It was NSD challenge #1.

My second is Purrfect Fit. It was NSD challenge #3. My little boy kitty always packs himself when I'm getting ready for a trip.

I did one of the NSD challenges, inspired by the Garden Girls and chose Kristina for fonts and (no surprises really) Shimelle for her challenges, and used four from her NSD day challenge list.

The day we brought you home!

Finally, finally, finally. I always seem to be getting my submissions in right under the wire! I have 2 for this time period.

The BVD Brigade

This layout came together quickly (for me. . .LOL!) and was a lot of fun.

This is Love

This layout was a COMPLETELY different story. I had already had the pictures and papers chosen and I worked on it on Saturday, NATIONAL SCRAPBOOKING DAY and it was painful I tell you! It FINALLY came together but I almost set is aside I was so frustrated with it!

TFL!!

I will go on later tonight and leave praise!
